I interviewed 4 other plastic surgeons in the area along with Dr Kim and he was BY FAR the most detail oriented, invested, personable doctor I met with. He did all the right things in the consult, was not pushy, listened to what I had to say and answered all my questions thoughtfully. The surgical center staff on the day of the surgery all told me that Dr Kim is the best and I was in great hands. His office staff are also super nice and accommodating, I feel like I could actually be friends with them! They ask about my kids and how everyone is doing. Really lovely. My results, arguably the most important part of all of this, are also top notch. I am super super happy with the outcome and how easy Dr Kim made the entire process. Cannot recommend enough!!

I’m so very grateful I chose to go with Dr. Chang Soo Kim for loose skin correction surgery. Not only are the results exceeding all my expectations, but the whole experience was much easier and better than I could have imagined, thanks to Dr. Chang Soo Kim and his incredibly kind and supportive staff John and Liz. Initially, Dr. Chang Soo Kim’s education and experience was what made me choose him for my consultation. But seeing the before and after pictures of his previous patients, and meeting him and seeing how kind, attentive and caring he is (and was throughout the whole entire process) made me know I was in great hands. Dr. Kim was attentive to all my concerns and wishes in the consultation and was very realistic about what to expect. I was thoroughly informed throughout the whole process of what to expect before, the day of, and after surgery. Any concerns I had all along the journey he answered and reassured me, and I was so grateful that he was reachable if I had any concerns. The first night post-op, I had a question about something involving the drains, there was some clotting in the drains and I didn’t know (since im not familiar with drains, this was my first experience with them) if it could be an indication of something serious. Since it was 11:30 at night, I wasn’t sure I was going to get a response so late in the evening but I texted Dr. Chang Soo Kim my concern and asked if he could call me when he sees the text. Even though it was so late, he answered so quickly and called me within a couple of minutes and said what I was experiencing was completely normal so soon after surgery, he assured me it would be fine and to keep monitoring how much was drained. He even texted the morning after to check in and see how I was doing. Any other questions I had, he was quick to respond and reassured me all along the way. John and Liz were so supportive of me and were in reach at the office for any questions I had before and after the operation. They were extremely kind and helpful and I am so grateful to have had such a positive team, they really made this process so much better and easier than I could’ve imagined. I had a lot of loose skin after losing so much weight (so much that I felt I almost looked better before losing the weight) and the results that Dr. Kim gave me completely blew me away. He completely changed my life more than he could ever know and I’m so grateful for his work and support throughout this journey. If you choose Dr. Kim, you will be in great hands, kindly supported throughout your process, and get incredible results. John and Liz at the office are also incredibly helpful and a joy to have support from along the whole experience, and I’m so grateful for their help, support, and encouragement. Dr. Kim is an outstanding doctor in every way imaginable. His artistry, attention to detail, and technical skill is amazing, but also, he is the kindest, most considerate person. He really listens, is so patient, responsive, and he could sense any anxiety I was having even before I did. It’s rare to find intelligence, emotional intelligence, and skill in one person. My results are incredible. I could not recommend him more. The office staff is also world class. When you walk in the door they greet you by name before you say anything. They are so knowledgeable and kind with anything you need. I communicated primarily with John and he was so professional and kind. All around just a great experience.
