Dr. Alexandria S. Kongsiri, MD

I called to make a first appointment and the person that answered the phone refused to make an appointment with the doctor and would only let me make an appointment with the nurse practitioner! Why would I schedule and pay an appointment with a doctor to be seen by a nurse?! If nurses could replace doctors, why would we need doctors?! Anyway, Dr Kongsiri was recommended as a good one, I guess she needs to reevaluate who she has working for her answering the phone. Why would this person be the one to determine what I have and don’t have and determine who is to see me!?

Dr Kongsiri is very intelligent, and actually cares about her patients. She sees beyond just writing a prescription and takes time to recommend natural remedies as well. Shes always learning the newest procedures for lifts and aging skin!

I saw Dr. Kongsiri in January and my experience was everything one would want in a doctor's office; the office staff were wonderful and Dr. Kongsiri was caring, took her time and very gentle with the skin tags I had removed. I would recommend this office to everyone without hesitation.

The practitioner and the doctors are awesome at this office, the office staff sucks. They tend to be rude and if you have an issue they are unhelpful and quite rude. As much as I love my ARNP, I took my business elsewhere.

Everyone I spoke with was kind and caring. Had a great experience. Would totally recommend them. Beautiful office.

PA is outstanding but there should be some physician presence. In 3 visits I have not seen any sign of the physician. It is also difficult to make appointments.

I called to make appointment and the receptionist couldn't record my name properly after the 3rd time. I hung up and decided to gvo elsewhere.
