Everyone in the office is very friendly and efficient. Jeremy Brett and his assistant are extremely friendly and helpful. He kept me informed with every step he took. This is the first time going there, they really know how to make you fill at ease.

From the front door greeting the experience was so positive and such happy people working in this office. Everyone! Total explanations of each step, careful care during the procedure, talented staff from nurses to the doctors. Very well spoken and efficient, no questions on my care as we finished. The entire building was clean and cheerful too. Thank you for being so professional.

I’ve had biannual checks with Dr Hsu and his team for more than 20 years. The care has been very thorough and proactive whenever they have seen skin problems. I’ve had a couple small surgeries behind my ear and on my shoulder and Dr Hsu hid any scar within a winkle line. I highly recommend you see him and Jolie concerning any worries you have and for the important annual or biannual skin checks.

The PA I saw, Jeremy Brett, was excellent. Very thorough and pleasant. Made me feel welcome and comfortable. (I usually don't like to be seen by PAs but he was very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. )

This was another appointment to treat my ongoing precancerous skin lesions. Mara freezes them and we set another appointment for months later. She is knowledgeable and treatment is quick. Other staff also are prompt.

I won't go to any other clinic! The people there truly care about your welfare, willing to listen, and they take the time to explain everything so I can understand what was found during my exam. I've had two surgeries there as they discovered skin cancer on my face. Jolie is exceptional and I can't say enough about her knowledge and caring attitude. Thank you to all at northwest.
