So grateful I found Dr. Nia for my facial surgery. Because of prior procedures, I needed an expert surgeon and I found one! The outcome for my eyes, lip, face and neck are better than I ever imagined. I’m told I look 15 years younger 😁 He took care of me like I was part of his family, because that’s how you’re treated here. I did all the recommended post-surgery recovery things - supplements, HBOT and red light therapy and my recovery went great!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Chahine and Dr. Kelm. From the start, Dr. Chahine was incredibly thorough during our FaceTime consult. He answered all of my questions with honesty and care. When I asked about additional procedures, he was upfront about what I did and didn’t need, which I really appreciated. He also made himself available via text or call for any follow-up questions, which made me feel very supported. On the day of surgery, I met with both Dr. Chahine and Dr. Kelm. They were kind, down-to-earth, and immediately put me at ease. They took the time to address my concerns and made me feel confident going into my first-ever surgical procedure. My nurses and anesthesiologist were also incredibly sweet and friendly—they helped keep me calm and comfortable every step of the way. The whole team made the experience feel safe and reassuring. The next day, Dr. Chahine and Dr. Kelm checked in on me during my post-op recovery treatments and let me know I could contact them with any concerns moving forward. That level of care and reassurance made a huge difference. I’m so glad I made the decision to fly into Spokane to see Dr. Chahine and Dr. Kelm. They made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and genuinely positive.
