I recently visited Paul Hill APRN due to a history of skin cancer and a new area of concern , and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked into the office, the staff was welcoming, and the environment was clean and comforting. Paul and his assistant Olivia took the time to listen to my concerns, he then explained his recommendations and the treatment plan thoroughly. I felt so reassured by their expertise and the personalized approach to my health. I highly recommend Paul Hill APRN to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate dermatologist. I recently wrote a review on the injector Kailey at Valley Dermatology. I was very upset about the service I received there when I wrote it. I decided to take it down. My feelings didn't change about my experience, but I wanted to give her a little bit of grace. She has done work for me in the past and I really liked it. However, this time she completely deviated from the treatment plan and she did a terrible job on what she did do. She even apologized to me at the end of the service because she did not do what we had agreed upon. I feel very violated because I trusted her to do what we discussed before she started the service. I understand that there is swelling and an adjustment period. This was not that! I looked like I had severe Bell's Palsy on the right side of my mouth for a week straight. And it still looks terrible.The day after my treatment, it was very clear that this is not what I had asked for and that she did a terrible job. She had me come into the office only to completely dismiss me and basically laugh at my concerns. She then told me to come back in two weeks and she would fix it. Today was my appointment. However, she refused to fix what she promised she would do two weeks ago. She saw the review that I left online, even though I took it down after one day, She refused to fix it. Nothing I wrote in the review was dishonest. Like I said, I just wanted to give her a little grace. Everybody has off days. But the follow up and how she has treated me is unimaginable. The fact that I dropped over $1000, that I feel violated, that I feel disrespected, that I am completely unhappy with the end result seems to be of zero concern. I am astounded at her selfishness and arrogance. I do plan on filing a complaint against her with the WA state nurses board. I'm waiting to hear from the management and owners of Valley Dermatology.

Love this office! Erica did a wonder job on my lash lift and tint, and Caylie is the best when I come in for Botox! I always leave feeling so taken care of.

CAYLIE! I have had lip filler a handful of times over the years elsewhere and my best result was after seeing her. Knowledgeable, takes her time, and the staff is all kind.

I appreciate the professionalism shown to me from the first time I came in for treatment. The positive and calm atmosphere at the front desk is a reflection of happy employees and good management. During my recent surgery, Dr. Steve Smith sat down and visited with me, explaining exactly what he was going to do, and then sharing his credentials with me. I was put at ease with his kind communication and compassion for his patients, giving me trust and complete confidence in him. His assistant, Gabbie, was an upbeat, positive and calm young woman who was the perfect surgical assistant! In this day and age, it is rare that we see this kind of professional and compassionate care extended by a specialist, for those of us who really need him and his wonderful staff! Very professional facility and staff are fantastic. My family and myself have been going to Valley Dermatology for many years. I highly recommend Valley Dermatology.

Not great. Told them a 745am appointment would work, they scheduled me for 845am. Told them that I was in a hurry because I had to be somewhere, the front desk ladies did not give a flying care in the world. In fact three other people were called before me that arrived after me. We talk about service Like we should care, and these ladies clearly didn’t. Dr is great, but get some better front help staff.
