I requested a female provider and the scheduler made a mistake and did not book me with a female. I refused service because I was uncomfortable. I was billed over $200 for this visit, and they are refusing to appeal the bill. Even after they admitted over the phone that someone made a mistake in the scheduling department. These things shouldn’t happen..

I've been coming here for years. They recently talked me into an optional surgery. Before the procedure, in order to get my signed consent, they said "Very easy minor surgery. You can walk home afterwards. Very low risk of any problems, no reason not to do it." After the procedure: "Get as close as you can to complete bed rest for 2 weeks, oh and also the site will never regain its full strength." Stitch removal: they noted the site looked possibly infected but removed the stitches anyway. It dehissed, and the large wound remained open for over 10 weeks, despite me following best diet and exercise and rest practises (no interest in whether I was doing anything to impede or speed healing, but just kept telling me that it looked good). Trying to get some semblance of help from the surgeon, I mostly got excuses and accusations that I was using my leg too much. He told me that the site's location above a major muscle makes healing difficult—that he could know that and not bother telling me before the surgery is probably all you need to know. He gave me follow-up advice (e.g. "debriding slough is not necessary") that is directly contradicted by peer-reviewed research, best practise, and wound care specialists who were kind enough to help me. Now it is 3 months later: I still cannot walk long distances, let alone resume running, rowing, swimming... I have gained 10 lbs, and the drastic reduction of exercise and mobility has left me feeling lethargic and depressed. I cannot sleep without a bandage or wear normal pants because the skin is still too delicate. All this for a surgery I didn't need, that they talked me into... why?!

Excellent care! Had a biopsies recently done on my face. I also had a head to toe skin exam, and the professionalism that was done is mine blowing. Excellent care givers and extremely friendly. I highly recommend

This is a poorly organized practice that changes appointments without proper communication. When you change an appointment to a different day, you need to CALL AND ASK!
