I don't like that Dematology shares a waiting room with pediatrics. The area was filled with sick children unmasked.. Although I sat away with my mask on they still run about Most people getting ear and skin check ups are not sick It would be nice to separate the areas. My Dr there is absolutely wonderful.
I am very displeased that this facility has not provided or sent a single referral even when discharge paperwork said they did. My child has faced medical negligence twice due to them not putting any referral for services so she can stay out of the hospital. The in patient stay was a good and clean environment and I belive the staff on the floor did their best to provide good care. The social workers need to do their due diligence and their job
Excellent and thorough care with Dr. Julia Randall. Really appreciate the time and consideration she gave for the appointment. She respectfully listened to my approach to my health - quite a task as she has been trained to do things differently. Her approach shows real care and has me even more involved in my own care. I love her no nonsense communication - her concern for my health very clear. Thank you Dr Randall.
Dr. Nicole Chan is a wonderful and compassionate doctor. She took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything clearly and thoroughly. Her genuine enthusiasm and reassurance when she determined that my symptoms were not serious truly put me at ease, showing how caring she is for her patients.
I found it to be very well organized. The nurse that first saw me I think her name was Gaby was very professional. I felt very comfortable with Dr. MCKIEE.He made me feel at ease and was easy to understand when he spoke to me about my condition. Everyone from the Security Guard to the Lab technician were very helpful directing me to my destination. I thank the whole team.
I waited SEVEN MONTHS for a twenty minute appt. TWENTY MINUTES. You are just a person in a chair who they want to rush in & out, so they can get the next person in the chair & they’ll do the same to them. I have been dealing with something for seven months. Hair los, skin sensitivities, have had an actual infection a few weeks ago that the urgent care helped me with more than the dermatologist that I waited seven months to see & feel unheard & rushed right out the door. Several months of complete hell for me dealing with whatever has happened completely overnight to my hair & my body. It has affected my confidence, my job, my livelihood & I have been so depressed over this. Only to be sent to more doctors, told to come back in a few months, brushed off & told that she didn’t need to see any pictures of the things I’ve been dealing with.. she just wanted to see what today looks like. These things have been really awful to live with & she told me it must be a pinched nerve, or stress, postpartum.. etc. I was told that postpartum can cause things like this & it should clear up within a year! Great it’s been a year & 3 weeks & it’s continuing to get worse. No skin scrape, no testing of any kind in that room. Just come back after more of your hair has fallen out & you go see 3 other specialists & hopefully it’s gone away by then! I was also reminded in the beginning of the appt to not get too deep into explaining my symptoms because of the limited amount of time we had. I just wish I was treated with more care & left feeling heard.
It was a great experience the nurses the doctors and doula they were very helpful nice people and they were very friendly and professional patients may God continue to bless them guide them and keep them safe healthy and blessed their families in Jesus name. Thank you guys. Anne-love pardieu!!!
