Highland Clinic

This is the least professional clinic I have ever had to work with. My 80 year old father is moving to assisted care and needs a form filled out that has less questions than my son's history homework. They have now had these documents 7 days. In those 7 days they managed to not return my call confirming they arrived, loose the documents, find them again, loose them again, then find them yet again the start of the next week, STILL NOT FILLED OUT! The time I spent on hold while they were searching took longer than the form would have taken to fill out, sign, and fax back! My father has been a patient for decades and his mother was before him. He is without housing and sleeping on couches until this form gets done. It is extremely upsetting to see a long time loyal patient be treated with such a lack of care.

I cannot recommend this clinic as highly as it is in actuality. Paul Ballard is amazing! He takes the time to listen so you get the best care possible. He gives really good injections and makes a difficult process a whole lot easier. 10 stars as far as I’m concerned.

Once a month I get my Tezspire shot for asthma and it's never a long wait and the front desk and nurses are truly sweet and kind. The atmosphere is always friendly with such great people and I've been going there at least 3.5 years. I always feel so relaxed and truly under good hands with the oncologist department.

The receptionist on 2/11/2026 11:48am is so ignorant and rude. I called trying to schedule and appointment but she kept putting me back in line and acting like she didn’t know she was doing such.

My husband came in to the Orthopedic Clinic and was accepted in as a walk-in. Ms. Ann went above and beyond to help with getting him seen that day. Dr. Talbert and his team are truly outstanding. This is a wonderful facility! Thank you for all of your care!

Beware of incorrect bordering on fraudulent billing. Billings not matching EOBs, trying to get double payments after HRA has already paid, pressure to prepay before services are rendered even after insurance has said not to pay until they have performed services and billed. Seems like every time my wife goes we then have to fight with their billing dept to get things corrected or refunds.

Lacking patient care skills. Very hard to feel empathy. A classic narcissist! Not concerned about the patient. Robot like attitude. Highly do not recommend do not waste her time because that's the feeling she exudes. Third visit with her and every time the same. She exudes hatred of her job. Her nurse, Jennifer, is awesome but she can only do so much Best advice from this 68 yr old retired Dental Hygienist is to RUN to another NP or Dr. !
