Well, of course I love Dr Laura Hainey! She listens! However, this is for front desk, Stephanie. I had my appointment date wrong. She took care of it. Pleasantly. A really kind lady. Thank you Stephanie for helping me.

I have been going to Dr. Haynie for over 20 years now. She is professional, kind, skilled, and patient - everything you need in a dermatologist. My proactive visits to her have kept my skin healthy through the years. She catches potential issues before they have a chance to become problematic. I see some complaints of time waits, and frankly a skilled doctor is going to be worth the wait. I have been to the office and had to wait a while (not the norm in my experience), and I have also been to the office and have been called back almost immediately. No matter, I would wait all day. Your skin health is so important and I would never want my exam rushed through, nor anyone else's who may be in front of me. I highly recommend Dr. Haynie. Worth the wait 100%.

Between my wife, kids, and myself, I've interacted with 5 of the physicians in the practice. Dr. Haynie is the absolute worst! Her bedside manor is atrocious. I could go into detail, but for privacy reasons I will not, just DO NOT USE HER! If I could have posted with ZERO stars I would have. Just to be clear, all the other physicians in the practice were great.

Dr. Haynie is so good and thorough and I love the attentiveness she gives. She has such a great personality and I am so glad I switched Doctors and have her as my Doctor now. 🙂

I serve in healthcare (surgery) so understand that world very well. I was seen within 10 minutes after registering. The doctor listened well to my questions and then address well the issue I came for. She was very friendly and seemed to an expert in this field. I have no hesitation in recommending this doctor or office.

Love Dr. Laura Haynie and her staff. The reason her patients have to wait so long to see her is because she is extremely thorough. Also she is very patient when I come in with one problem and she discovers another. She always has an answer and is very caring.

Dr. Haney is absolutely the best at what she does and what she does is take care of skin. I have been going to her for the last 10 years and I have to say there is no one better in Shreveport. She diagnosed with skin cancer took care of it and it hasn’t come back since. Don’t hesitate call her she will fix your problem.
