Best dermatologist I have ever seen. Takes his time never in a rush and very through. The front counter ladies are very pleasant and keep things moving quickly. With Dr Posner I never have had to wait he is always on time I am not looking forward to his retirement but I know he is and he definitely deserves it. Thank you for the great service

DSS is a friendly while professional office. Clean, well maintained. The staff knows their jobs. The intake time is usually short. I see Dr. Clemons; he is kind, friendly, not fake; professional but approachable. He listens to you, takes his time, does a thorough exam, gives suggestions and directions. My husband and I both see him and are well pleased.

They keep emailing me booking confirmations, patient notes, and other sensitive client details. I’m not their client. Never have been. Yet thanks to their emails I can access their client’s personal information. I’ve messaged them repeatedly to have my email removed from their records for their actual client and they’ve never replied to a single request. Data privacy is obviously not their concern.

The staff are always knowledgeable, professional and polite. Usually call me before my appointment time so there's not much waiting time. Dr. Romero and his staff are top notch.

Best staff ever from the time I walked in to the time I left! Everyone greeted me with a smile and asked how they could help me. I went straight back and the nurse Sam!!! Was the best ever!! Sweet, kind, respectful and fun!!! She was amazing, this is truly her calling. I so recommend this dermatology group!!

I just love Cari, she is so sweet and knows what she is doing. My session was painful and I told her I wasn’t coming back. She chuckled and said once you see the results you will be back…she was right. lol. Did come back to get the sun spots on my arms done. Thanks Cari. I highly recommend her. Sandy

I truly enjoy going to Dr. Posner's office. The staff are ALL so kind. Dr. Posner is a very good Dr. and is very smart, and thorough. I always recommend Family and friends there. Their professional attitude and kindness always makes my visits there enjoyable.
