Dr. Tony Nakhla

My son was supposed to be seen by Dr. Tony Nakhla at his scheduled appointment but was very disappointed after the visit. After long wait in the office he was seen by PA (and not Dr. Nakhla) who did not spend more than one minute and did not provide any treatment recommendation. It was just a waste of time and copay. When this matter was brought to the office manager, we were told they cannot do anything about it but to file grievance to health insurance.

Very bad and they do nothing when I went to my appointment they do nothing but the DR just looks at my skin very bad they give medicine, did not work at all it’s better not to trust them. The floor is dirty and never been cleaned there no clean at all.

I give the second star just because the doctor and staff are nice as a person. I went there because an abscess on my arm. The whole time that doctor spent with me was less than 2 minutes! He sends the PA and the nurse for diagnosis and both of them have little knowledge (I’m a doctor). Especially the nurse tried to push me few times to inject cortisone to the area. Thankfully I was experienced enough to reject and avoid further scarring. The doctor did not even touch my hand nor he examined the area through any devices. I didn’t pay 175 to be seen by a Nurse!

Very disappointed in the outcome of surgical procedures(Basal carcinoma excisions.). The nurse practitioner that sutured me did not drape the area and they were going to cut without even wiping with alcohol. I have very unappealing scars now because of that. If you are interested in having procedures done with sterile techniques then I would not recommend this place.

When I walked into the office there were 4 children climbing on the furniture and a movie that was blaring. The receptionist tried to confront the mom by talking rather loudly but the children cont. to be out of control. It made for a very uncomfortable setting in the front office especially for someone new to the office. When the Dr. examined me he did not check all areas and just waved the wand. I had to ask him to go back and examine more carefully my sun spots.

Dr. Nakhla and his staff are professional, courteous, and knowledgable when it comes to patient care. Their Customer Service has been a positive experience overall whether it is through scheduling, wait time, or being seen by Dr. Nakhla. If your looking for a great dermatologist look no further than Dr. Nakhla to take care of your needs.

very rude staff and receptionist. Speak to you very brutally, instead of calmly getting the message across. As for the doctor, he would make you wait for 30 minutes in the room, then come inside quickly glance at my skin, and leave. Prescribing me some medication which never helped.
