My daughter absolutely loves Dr. Perez. He is patient, attentive, and always takes time to listen to our concerns. His staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and willing to support us when we need it. We moved here a little over a year ago and were worried about finding a great dermatologist, and we are so grateful we found Dr. Perez. I highly recommend him

Having recently moved to this area I've been faced with having to select new physicians. That has been an anxiety producing experience after spending years with the same Drs. I have been blessed though. They have all been very knowledgeable and have made me feel comfortable. Dr Perez listened and just took me under his wing and started lining out the plans to address my conditions. I appreciate his approach and feel lucky to be in his care.

The nurses and office staff are kind and helpful so this does not reflect them. However, Dr. Perez is by far the worst dermatologist I have ever been to. A lot of medical professionals are dismissive and arrogant. But I can cope with it if they are really skilled in their profession. However, I can assure Dr. Perez is not. His techniques are outdated and harmful. He performed an excision on my neck to remove a cyst. It bled heavily hours after the procedure soaking through the bandage, two layers of clothing, and running all the way down to my knees. It was still bleeding at 24 hours. I went back in to him because I knew something was not right as I have had an handful of other excisions that healed very differently. However, he said it was all "normal and healthy." Every time I asked a question he gaslit me. He told me he didn’t cauterize it to prevent keloid. 10 days later I developed a hematoma on the suture line. 3 days later it ruptured, reopening the wound and leaving me to wake up covered in blood again. I went in to get the stitches out and asked if this was normal. He admitted it was not, but then said it had nothing to do with his suturing techniques and choice not to cauterize. I have since found a new dermatologist who is kind, helpful and most importantly skilled at what she does. She validated that my hematoma was a result of his poor technique. I will forever have this ugly scar to remind me of what a horrible doc he is. But at least my new dermatologist has improved the healing and appearance after just one visit. Would strongly recommend finding another dermatologist if you want someone who is respectful and skilled.

Very knowledgeable and polite staff. Dr. Perez is nice too. They helped me out with my situation and I liked them so much I sent my son there for his issue. If you’re hesitant give them a try. You may be pleasantly surprised

This location may seem old, but the people and the doctor are EXCELLENT. Everyone from the greeting, to the nurse, to the doctor, to check-out are friendly and treat people with respect. They have treated both my kids and his combo is the ONLY thing that works. From cystic acne and regular acne, their faces cleared uo. The scaring cleared up too. Don't waste your time going elsewhere like I did. Just go right here for your face to begin to look better within the first week.

Front office staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Perez and his nurse an excellent bed side manner. My Appointments always run in a timely manner and I never feel rushed.

Dr. Perez is very kind, and I truly liked him — I just wish he worked in a different office. My main issue is the complete lack of transparency regarding charges. I was quoted a specific amount for spot treatment, and then asked to return for a follow-up. At no point was I informed that I’d be charged an additional 50% for that check-up — had I known, I absolutely would not have gone. To make matters worse, the front office staff was unfriendly and showed no understanding or empathy when I expressed my concerns. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I cannot recommend this office. Look elsewhere if you value clear communication and respectful service.
