I can’t say enough good things about my experience at  Ocita Health Clinic! I started weight loss injections a few months ago, and the results have been amazing. The entire staff is supportive, knowledgeable, and truly cares about your success. The provider took the time to explain everything in detail and  tailored to my goals. The check-ins kept me motivated, and I always felt encouraged—not judged. The staff is friendly and professional, the clinic is clean and welcoming, and the results speak for themselves. I’ve lost weight, gained confidence, and learned healthy habits that I can actually maintain. I highly recommend Ocita Health Clinic to anyone looking for safe, effective, and compassionate weight loss care!

I had such a great experience at this clinic! The entire place was spotless — you can really tell they take cleanliness and hygiene seriously, which made me feel completely comfortable during my visit. The staff were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful from start to finish. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly. It’s rare to find a place that’s both so professional and so welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality care and a positive experience!

Terrible experience! Worst provider ever Dayan or Diane or whatever - Asian girl ! I paid 100 units, there were 5 syringes, she injected me with 2 and said ok it's done, you can go. So I was in shock! I asked about rest of my botox on table, she said no it's not for you!?!? So Lucy from the reception came, and told her that all the syringes were for me. The provider got absolutely all the units from mapping wrong, and kept injecting randomly without any idea where to put and how much units! The girl has zero experience! She doesn't know what he's doing. She didn't even know to pull chair up, she was pressing all pedals, until she figured it out. From 100 units she injected 50 around my eyes, even it supposed to be 12 from each side, but she doesn't know to count even simple mathematics 1+1=2. Plus she injected the botox at an angle, we all know that she needs to inject the muscle not from an angle, so she just injects the liquid under the skin and doesn't block the muscle. My results are zero!! From 100 units she wasted 50 for my eyes, and only 20 for whole forehead!! I am very disappointed. The worst provider on planet, without any experience! Extremely unprofessional! Can't believe that someone hired her and paying salary to her! Don't do botox or daxxify here!! Big NO!

1. There are NO doctors on site. This clinic is run by a registered nurse practitioner, and nursing students working as interns. 2. Most of the 5 star ratings are from former students. 3. You will be referred to off-site clinics & providers (Highland hospital in Oakland, Ca) for a medical doctor's orders - even though you'll never be seen by that doctor! 4. The clinic is located up a STEEP flight of stairs, so it is not an accessible clinic for the elderly, wheelchair bound, or those unable to navigate stairs with ease. They will tell you after you arrive that you can be seen "next time" downstairs if YOU tell them in advance of your upcoming appointment (There are other businesses downstairs unrelated to Osita clinic - I checked Osita doesn't have any clinical facilities "downstairs"). 5. There is no privacy - you are weighed and your vitals taken in the lobby - common area, and the receptionist will rush you to sign insurance documents without reading. This is not a clinic that will serve the vulnerable community well. Those who need regular medical follow-up, or are disabled, mentally challenged, or elderly won't be served well at all. 5. The Registered Nurse Practitioner Uhnu (presumed owner), listens to respond rather than listening to understand. Being cut off while expressing, or answering questions made me feel unheard, devalued and unsafe. This was the most frustrating for me and I knew I couldn't put my trust in her hands - nor the clinic. Beware, be safe, and choose your healthcare provider(s) carefully! Blessings...

Love my lips!! I got my lips done at Osita Health Clinic with Sandra and omg I’m seriously in love with how they turned out. They look sooo natural — not overdone at all, just soft and perfect. I was kinda nervous cuz I didn’t want that "duck lip" look, but Sandra totally understood what I wanted. She’s honestly the best! Super gentle and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The staff was really sweet too. My friends all keep saying how good they look and no one can even tell I had filler, just that I look "refreshed." 10/10 recommend — I’m def coming back when it’s time for a touch up 💋

I wish I can give more stars. I can't speak highly enough of Osita Health Care Clinic and Christina, NP. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic- The staff was friendly and efficient, and Christina, NP and Umeh was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. They listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded positive results. The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The facility was clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing and I am impressed on how well-maintained the interior was. One of the best in the area. The service was top notch and the prices for treatments are reasonably priced. You can even ask for discounts. I am definitely going back. Totally no-brainer.
