Kelly is amazing, by far one of my favorite places to get a facial in the Bay Area. She is very attentive, knows what your skin needs, is very dedicated/passionate with her craft, and her shop is always clean. I can feel my skin improving after 2 sessions with her. I have super sensitive dry skin and need a delicate touch, she delivers and thus my skin is no longer as red and glows. I don’t even wear foundation anymore! Thank you Kelly ❤️

Kelly is a nice person. But very pushy in buying her products and promotions. But with facials- its not very thorough. A lil steam and massage. I still see blackheads! But place is very clean. I live in SF, too far. Sorry. Will not recommend. I have been to better facials.

I've been coming to Kally for about 6 months , as a person who has had many Facials and skin care treatments for years i am very impress by her service that she offers, the location is easy to find, parking is available. what i like most about this business is that she books her appointment with time in between so that you won't feel rush or run into other customers in passing, i feel this is very important if you the type of person who wants more privacy. Overall i am happy with the service and at how clean and sanitize this facility is , i always feel very relax when i come for my skin care treatment and leaving looking and feeling much better.

Beauty Maxx is located in a strip mall off Washington Ave. It is nicely decorated and spotless inside. Having been to many spas in the bay areas in the last 25 years, this is one of my favorites. Kelly is super detailed and will always recommend the right treatment that suits my skin condition when I show up once a month. Her message technique is one of the best and I often fall asleep in the middle of it. The spa offers some of the more recent machines so if you want a treatment beyond just the traditional European facial, this is the place.

I stop going for facials (for at least 8 years) as I couldn't find a place that has the skillset/equipment/environment that I like. This place fits all my requirement! The place is very clean and open; and Kelly is so patient and thorough with me that it makes me feel comfortable to leave my face in her hands. She would recommend different equipment and skincare for different needs. Like today I went in with extremely dry skin since its allergy season, she would focus on deep moisturizing and so far I always feel really relaxed and good after each session. And now with the pandemic and all, I am very pleased with how seriously they are with disinfecting and all. Definitely a place I would keep going. Kelly is as good as it can get!

I am so glad that Beauty Maxx can reopen again! Kelly is a godsend for my face especially now that we all have to wear masks. First of all, I am not a facial person - I have never taken care of my skin other than to wash it daily and maybe wear sunscreen once in a while. I know, I'm bad. But I'm a healthcare professional and having to wear masks for 8 hours a day started to wreak havoc on my skin (ie breakouts, black heads, and just feeling gross). I was telling my friend about this and she recommended that I see Kelly, whom she has been seeing for 7 years and my friend's skins is immaculate (she doesn't look a day over 25 and I know she is older than that!). On the day of my consult, I walked into Beauty Maxx and was impressed with how clean and sanitized it was. Kelly immediately made me sit down, took my temperature, sprayed the sole of my shoes with alcohol, and sanitized my hands. She wore double masks throughout our session too. She then examined my face in natural light and immediately saw problems, pointing them out along that way. First thing she asked was when my last facial was. The treatment room was very clean with new towels and sanitized instruments. So I felt safe having my facial, which was amazing!! My last facial was at a really well-known spa and their facial was nothing compared to Kelly's! Okay the extractions were and still are painful but they work! My skin has not broken out since seeing her and my laugh lines are actually less deep (she noted that, if my skin is dirty, the wrinkles will show up more - and boy was she right!). So yes I am now a convert for facials thanks to Kelly and am glad that she can help me to finally care for my skin! Clean facility with clean linens and Kelly only sees 2 clients a day in order to allow for time to sanitize between clients. Very knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend!

The lady who works at Beauty Maxx has saved my life and her service has made me 10 years younger. The service is outstanding and warms your heart the first second you walk in. She treats her customers like the best friends with the highest level/quality of services. She is very experienced and skillful, and always recommends the most appropriate treatment needed at each visit with out pushing you to buy any extra product. The result, as i mentioned, fantastic and noticeable for every penny you spend!
