I had a great experience from start to finish. The Beauty lounge is very bright, clean, and all staff are very friendly and informative. I did my first lip fillers. I had Cindy and she did amazing. I showed her my inspiration picture and told me how many sessions I will need to achieve the look, and how she was going to place the filler. She also pointed out the minor imperfections of my lips before filler so I can see the difference after adding that volume. I will definitely be coming back for my follow up in a couple months.

Farzaneh was very attentive and worked out a plan for my facial. She explained every step and made sure I was comfortable with each. I was wrapped in a cocoon of heat totally relaxed with a gentle face massage , a face mask of honey etc and I fell asleep. Thank you for a wonderful experience and my beautiful soft clear face.

Farzaneh is incredibly warm, kind, and compassionate. Additionally, she is a very knowledgeable medical aesthetician and is highly skilled at her craft. I felt like I was in good hands while she did a thorough examination of my skin, and I appreciated her taking the time to walk me through all of the procedures for my customized facial. Everything from the environment, the explanations, and the procedure itself were calming and relaxing. My skin is already so much healthier and happier after my first session, so I'm looking forward to coming back for more treatments!

My doctor is Dr. Elizabeth Cooper and let me tell you she is THEE absolute best! Very attentive to the issues you are having and genuinely concerned about your well being. She called me a couple of times just to check to see how I was doing...who does that anymore?! So professional and so knowledgeable-I truly lucked out having her as my Dermatologist. She is a keeper!

I went in feeling excited and hopeful. I had done my research beforehand and found that the typical cost for the laser treatment I was interested in ranges between $800–$1,000 per session. Instead, I was charged $250 just for a consultation with the dermatologist, only to be quoted an astonishing $2,500 per session — more than three times the average cost. For the recommended four treatments, the total came to nearly $10,000. I left feeling extremely disappointed and honestly a bit taken advantage of. Paying $250 simply to receive such an inflated quote felt unreasonable and discouraging. Will not be going

Dr. Boen was amazing! She was very thorough, informative and patient. She listened to all my concerns and answered all questions. She has great bedside manner and I am very appreciative of all her recommendations for my treatment plan. Excellent experience overall!

Dr. Jameson T. Loyal – A Standout in a Field That’s Lost Its Focus I’ve seen Dr. Loyal twice now, and intentionally waited before writing this—because in the world of cosmetic dermatology, initial impressions can be misleading. I didn’t walk in asking for discounts or package deals—I came in expecting one thing: a result worth the money. That’s hard to find these days. What I got was not only excellent results, but also an experience that felt precise, respectful, and refreshingly professional. Dr. Loyal listens. He doesn’t rush. He doesn’t chat over your head with his assistant while poking your face like you're not there (a habit I find incredibly disrespectful and sadly common among his peers). Instead, he is fully focused—present in the room—and that shows in the grace and quality of his work. He clearly takes pride in what he does. I’ve been to many top surgeons, and have tried other clinics for lasers and injectables—but I came back to Dr. Loyal, and I’m glad I did. Now I’m a loyal client—not of the clinic generally, but of Dr. Loyal specifically. He is the reason I return. The staff is also very professional and kind, which adds to the overall experience. But make no mistake—Dr. Loyal is the real differentiator here. If you’re tired of superficial experiences and you want results backed by real attention to detail, this is your doctor.
