Looking forward to go to the doctor is a wild concept, and Dr. Soon and his staff have figured this out with their medical sorcery. Dr. soon is beyond skilled and has an incredible bedside manner and personality. He is exceptionally bright and his staff is top notch. You can tell from the moment that you walk in everyone enjoys being a solid team together. I feel so lucky to be his patient!

Dr. Soon's Skin Clinic is a delightfully quaint office in Hillcrest and the staff was very helpful. I saw Theresa La Nasa, NP, who did a very complete body scan for skin cancer followed by selective biopsies for areas of concern. She was very informative and I barely felt the procedure. Questions and concerns were answered and at no time did I ever feel rushed as can happen in some dermatology offices. After my first visit, I appreciate the professional service I received and look forward to excellent follow-up care.

When I began looking for a dermatologist to treat my persistent melasma, I happened to find Dr. Soon in google reviews. His ratings were 5 and frankly, I wouldn't have gone for anything less. All of the staff are always smiling and super attentive. A happy front office always starts from the top. They're all really cool people. Even though I have Kaiser and treatment would have cost only a co-payment, after I found out that the Kaiser dermatology office in North County was booking appointments a year and a half out, I thought this was ridiculous and yet another way Kaiser cuts costs on their patients. I began treatment with Dr. Soon 4 months ago. It includes microneedling followed by a peel 2 weeks later. His products are first class and smell so good. At night, I wash my face with a wash from Parallel. Then I apply a moisturizer of my choosing followed by a Retin A cream that doesn't leave my skin red, dry or blotchy, and, finally I apply a specially formulated (by Dr. Soon) medical skin lightener. My melasma is slowly disappearing, my skin is bright and supple, and I get compliments asking what I've done to my face. The improvement is remarkable. Dr. Soon is incredibly knowledgeable. He's professional and easy to talk to. He's not cheap but in my opinion, his treatments are well worth the investment. Thank you Dr. Soon for your excellent and specialized treatment.

I had a great experience at the skin clinic MD. The facility is immaculate and very welcoming. Dr. Soon was engaging, friendly, and quickly put you at ease. The staff was friendly and competent.

The front desk personnel were welcoming, and much to my surprise, to fill in introductory forms was on an iPad and not by pen. This made it much easier for me. The staff was very accommodating and got me in to see Dr. Soon very quickly. Through a previous insurance company and employer I had Moe‘s surgery with Dr. Soon and he was the best. He looked at a couple spots and saw that biopsies were needed and got it done painlessly. Dr. Soon is a great dermatologist.

The skin clinic is extraordinary experience from the moment you step through the entry door until you exit. De Soon’s medical care is of course, of the highest level and he is supported by an administrative team that is efficient and caring.

Dr Soon and his staff are very good at taking care of my husband who had worshipped the sun his whole life. He’s paying for it now with bumps and spots here and there. His skin looks amazing now for his age of 85.
