Folawns is THE BEST in the business. Mandi gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had in my life. Michelle gave me my dream hair color taking me from blonde to red! Alaina laminated my brows to absolute perfection. They take the time to really listen to what you want and deliver every single time. I have recommended Folawns to friends (and strangers) and they have all reported back with the same amazing experience. Cannot recommend this place enough!

I have been a client of Gloria's at Folawns for several years and I feel compelled to write about what an amazing hair stylist she is. She is highly experienced, professional and personable in the perfect combination that makes me feel both comfortable and confident about the services I receive. Gloria is a great communicator who takes the time to ask questions and listen to me about my hair needs. She is a master with a pair of scissors with a keen eye for detail and knowledgable about the best way to deal with hair 'personality'. She is also very skilled with the use of color products and is able to both obscure my gray hair and give me beautiful highlights at the same time. The proof of her abilities comes from the many unsolicited compliments I receive about my hair. I love this salon and highly recommend Gloria as a stylist.

I love coming here to get my hair cut by Vee! She is a delight. However, DO NOT come here to get a lash lift done by Bertha. When I noticed she didn't have a mask on and I told her I'd prefer if she did, she gave me every excuse she could think of. "I'm not sick so I don't need one." "I don't know if we have any masks." "You could wear one." "I don't know if there's enough time for me to look for one because I have a client right after you." I made it very clear I wasn't going forward with the appointment until she put one on and then all her excuses suddenly disappeared. While legally she is allowed to have a preference, it is best practice not to breathe directly on your client's face. The client's health is more important than your personal preference. Also, she told me whoever did my lash lift before damaged my lashes and then Bertha proceeded to fry my lashes even more. DO NOT GO W/ BERTHA. There is a reason her services are cheaper. You get what you pay for. UPDATE: I’ve just got my lash lift done with Stephanie this time and she is a gem. So kind, professional, and understanding. I love the way my lashes turned out and how the manager Norma spoke with me of my poor experience with Bertha. Overall, I’d say Vee and Stephanie deserve 5/5 stars and Bertha is 0/5.

I had my second hydrafacial with Bertha today. My skin looks amazing. She is an excellent esthetician that cares deeply about making my skin look as awesome as possible. She always asks about any concerns I have with my skin and ensures that those concerns are addressed. My facials are not only address my concerns but are very calming. I leave with glowing skin and relaxed as well. I am an esthetician and esthetic instructor and I would recommend Bertha to anyone who wants a gold standard Hydrafacial experience.

I went here for the first time and the price and experience was goodm but I didn't get anywhere close to what I asked for, and when I emailed about it, I received no response. I came in looking for vibrant purple ghost roots, and came out with a very dark burgundy tone in my hair, nowhere near close to what I wanted. I grew my hair out long just for it to be worked on easier and it felt like a waste of time and money to not get anywhere close to the results I wanted. It would have been nice to know that the things I wanted would take longer or costed more or taken multiple sessions, but that wasn't anything I got told and just got sent out unsatisfied. At first I thought it was going to show the color better after it dried up and got washed a few times but ultimately I was disappointed.

I had just gotten back from leave and Gloria has done such an amazing job on my hair I got a full highlight, I asked for it to look icy instead of like a normal blonder color and she did amazing.

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Vanessa. She went above and beyond to give me (a new mom) my perfect "spa" moment. She really took her time to make sure we were on the same page about hairstyle ideas, she offered wonderful advice and suggestions, and the finished product was perfect! I live in dallas and was in town for the holidays with family. I wish I could come to see her for future cuts! I highly recommend her.
