Terrible place. Besides my appointment time not being respected and having to wait over 1hr+ to be seen, despite coming in 15 minutes early, the doctor who saw me was horrible. Young middle eastern man, I did not get his last name. He determined my skin hyperpigmentation was warts and diagnosed it as HPV. In panic I made an appointment with an MD. TWO medical doctors from two different clincs suggested it was NOT HPV & my skin was NOT warts but rather a pimple scar and a skin tag. This young doctor should not be a doctor just yet. Very unsafe and unprofessional to give out incorrect information. Mind you, I waited over an hour for a 2 minute consultation.

Today I had an appointment with Dr Burlington at Dermaderm and after many places to seek the right doctor to solve my problemI believe this young totally confident Doctor took a biopsy of the 2 year irritated ear and which no other doctor has figured that would be a possibility of skin cancer .I thank this establishment for seeking the right way to determine what's my ear situation I status.

Inept front office, I was hung up on. Then called back put on hold for 30 minutes and no answer. Also, never called me about my referal. Yikes. Need immediate help and none available!
