Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The communication is horrendous. They routinely mess up prescriptions. They have a ridiculous system when you need to call to fix an issue like this as well. First you call an ai assistant and you tell that you want to speak with a human that then directs you to a call center that you have to wait on hold for 30 mins or more even when it says the estimate is 3 minutes. It is every time and is not hyperbole. Then have to convience call center to put you through to the office. In theory the call center is supposed to put in a message to office to call you back but the office clearly ignores those messages. Doctor noodleman is the only good tging about this office. All of the front office simply does not care and the medical staff is worse. Oh and they reschedule you constantly. Unfortunatly there isnt many dermatologists in the area. Id recommend trying san jose.

Scheduled an appointment to have a couple skin tags removed, they called and text me before to remind me & confirm that I could make it to the appointment. Filled out some paper work upon checking in and was quickly seen afterwards - the doctor and assistant were both very kind, nice and communicated respectfully and clearly - they were able to remove two very difficult skin tags that had developed rite on the edge of my lower right eyelid which is wonderful. They also numbed the area before removing it so I felt almost no pain. What I’m the most happiest about is they removed a fairly large skin tag I’ve had under my armpit for so long quickly and easily and I didn’t feel a thing. All in all a fairly quick and easy experience - I would highly recommend this place, it was $75 for the consultation and they provided skin care instruction once they were done 👍

I too have problems getting to see a Doctor always being told no. As I sit there waiting to see the non doctor I hear other people coming in for an appointment's finding out it's not with a doctor and canceling. I mean if the service was good he could overlook things. I had stitches taken out the lady goes to leave the room. I was like, should I keep it wrapped up? do I put cream on it? she was oh yeah of course for a couple days, Not a word of a lie she goes in the drawer gets the stuff out and gives it to me. Then walks out leaving my wife to finish the job. But of course you know we got charged and paid as if we've seen a Doctor and they did it all. Last time I was there they were changing their name Or something like that It's a horrible place With no compassion can't even see a Doctor

I entered the office and the people working in the front were quick to help me and very polite. I didn’t have to wait very long. Dr. Noodleman was very professional and addressed my problems in a matter-of-fact manner. I left feeling very positive about my appointment.

Great experience! Office staff were so welcoming and efficient, barely sat down before they called my name. The doctor was very engaging and explained my diagnosis. Highly recommended this group!

As of 2 January 2024: Dr Rick Noodleman is the most professional, compassionate, informed and articulate dermatologist on this planet. He remains satisfied with my skin condition from today's visit and wants to refrain from any unnecessary diagnostic surgeries. Instead he'll have me back in 4-months for a follow-up, "inspection"! My comments as of July 3, 2023 remain the same as last year. Rick is talented and experienced doctor. My wife and I both consider him the best dermatologist on the planet. Seriously!! The following is my feedback from the visit in May 2022: Dr Rick Noodleman is EXTRAORDINARY doctor. He is consistently aggressive and persistent with his treatment of my skin care. "We have flattened the curve with respect to your pre-cancerous condition. You're doing great". Along with being a wonderful doctor, he is always mindful of my extended family and always asks, "how are they doing?" Noodleman is absolutely professional, and a compassionate human being.
