I just finished my second Fotona4D Pro treatment, and I want to share my experience. Chandra, the nurse, was incredibly patient and took the time to explain each step, which really helped me understand and feel more comfortable. She was very professional and warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The results after the first treatment were fantastic, and I’m excited to see how my skin improves after the second session. I highly recommend this treatment to others!

I’ve been visiting VIVA Aesthetics for over a year and it’s always a wonderful experience. The clinic is calm and welcoming, and the staff are professional and caring. My skin has improved so much, my dark spots have faded, and my complexion looks brighter and healthier. I’m very happy with the results!

I put a request for contact about a month ago for information on mole removal and finally heard back last week. I scheduled an appointment for a consult at 9:15am, nobody was in the office until 9:05am, which I can look past. The entire consult, which I didn’t realize was the consult took place in the waiting room with the front door wide open. I was then told after the consult was apparently done, that the doctor was out of office until November, but I could schedule an appointment for removal when he came back without even having an actual consult with the doctor. I am very disappointed that the communication was less than great and why would you schedule a surgical consult appointment when the doctor isn’t even in town?

I had three 4D facial treatments five months ago at VIVA Aesthetics Wellness Clinic, and I am very happy with the results! My skin tone has become more even, many of my wrinkles have disappeared, and I've received a lot of compliments. Even some of my scars have improved. Rachel, the NP who performed my 4D treatments, is highly skilled and very detail-oriented. The Fotona laser, with its 60-year history, is truly an excellent device. I am planning to do it again next month, as I've heard the results build over time!

Decided to try out this new aesthetic clinic in Elk Grove, and I'm glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was very inviting. The application process was meticulous, but the results were so worth it. Not only did my skin feel revitalized, but the immediate glow and hydration were remarkable. The cooling sensation was incredibly soothing, and I could notice the difference in my skin's texture right away. The post-treatment care advice provided by the knowledgeable staff was very in depth and they even provided two free serum and cream tubes! I highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be returning for more treatments in the future.
