I came in for a Mohs procedure today to remove some basil skin cancer. While I was a little nervous, the start was great at keeping the mood very upbeat. And I felt like I was in great hands. I don’t remember their names (even though I asked, I didn’t write them down!) but the MA and the RN were wonderful. They walked me through the process step by step. Answered all of my questions. And obliged me in taking some photos of the spot being treated. They both provided excellent after care instructions, along with the front staff ladies. It was a great experience for a not-so-great reason. The doctors here are highly knowledgeable and take the time to listen to your concerns. I would highly recommend this clinic for all your dermatology needs.

Really liked this place. Lobby was very clean and relaxing ! The medical receptionist was very Friendly and respectful. Loved the doctor Jennifer Tavernetti, she listened to me and answered all my questions. I enjoyed my visit. Being my first time getting a biopsy I didn't know what to expect. It was painless. Looking forward to my follow-up.

wow... am so impressed with Dr. Chambers! lucky to have crossed her path in life! i have bright redhair and all the situations that arise from roaming the earth with very 'pale skin'... and Dr. Chambers gets it!! any other doctor along the way is aloof... just going thru the motions. Dr. Chambers enters the exam room with intention! in the time we have... she dives in! asks relevant competent questions... and and and then! ...reaches in to her vast modern intelligent fresh toolkit and pulls out an approach.... that digs in and solves problems! gone! i'm usually the one to google everything to present to doctors while they drag their feet or are unsure how to handle what is erupting on my skin with meager results at best....but but but Dr. Chambers solves it... way surpasses me as an internet sleuth! so pleased!!!! by the way this whole psi team is sensible communicative helpful and jovial and i appreciate that... the assisants/nurses... front desk, phone schedulers...all! thank you!!!

I am glad that I have such a good experience with this clinic. I was able to make appointment right away and waiting time in the lobby was less than 10 minutes. I will highly recommend this clinic to all my friends!

My initial interaction when calling was great & the receptionist was able to get me and my daughter on the schedule the same week. Our appointment was on 10/17 and doctor DALIA SHAMSIAN recommended over the counter Cereve face wash tretinoin & retinol for my plan of care. We went over the application process in detail and we discussed when, how and the amount to be applied. During the visit an assistant was present and notating the details of our appointment. I was told she would provide the directions as discussed for both my daughter and myself once the appointment was finished. I never received the instructions and in addition the retinol was never sent to the pharmacy. It’s an honest mistake so I called the doctor’s office to requested the order for the medication be sent to the pharmacy. I was told doctor SHAMSIAN would call me. It’s now 11/05 and the order for the medication still has not been sent to the pharmacy. I’ve called the doctor’s office multiple times and there has yet to be. Any follow through. This is very disappointing and I am hoping it’s taken care of sooner than later. **Update** I received a call back from the manager and she followed up with Doctor Shansian was very kind and resolved the issue immediately. Thank you!

Excellent as always. I myself am a patient here. When I learned that my daughter’s skin issues needed a specialist, I was very happy to know that her insurance was accepted. Always heard, and everything is always explained.

From the moment you enter until the time you leave, the staff makes your experience top drawer. I've never been in a waiting room that is clean and calming as theirs. It's got the look.
