My visit here was very nice. Waiting area was clean, quiet (there was music) and comfortable with the reception/registration ladies greeting me with a smile and paperwork as this was my first visit. Christian Popescu was who saw me and I must say he was very thorough and answered any questions I had, very professional but also had a sense of humor. Give this office a visit. I think you’ll be very pleased!

Hi, I called tonight at 6:50pm to schedule an appt. I am a travel occupational therapist and here on contact and looking for options for skin care. I looked into this place because of its amazing reviews however I had a 1st impression experience that left me feeling terrible for the rest of the night. It’s been a busy day due to work and I am finally able to call and the lady who picks up (don’t know her name because she refused to give it although she was servicing me, I think I deserve to know who is servicing me)… She starts to schedule me for a appt but then says "can you call back tomorrow and schedule we open at 8am" I asked her was there a reason I had to call back because she had already started looking at times and I work tomorrow so afraid it would have slipped by me, and I want to do it while I had her on the phone and had the time. She doesn’t give me a reason why she ask me to call back she just proceeds with going along with continuing to book me. She is then very snappy, there’s moments where she’s having trouble interpreting letter and numbers I am saying because she’s moving so quick at this point and she becomes obviously annoyed, irritated as if i’m bothering her by booking, and very inpatient. I remain very calm and very respectful entire call. Others would describe me as very calm temper , patient and respectful so to get that treatment when I needed help did not feel good. I almost want to cancel my appt that I am paying out of pocket for because I am hoping that she is not a representation of the type of service I will receive moving forward. I am now nervous about putting my care in the hands of the staff here because this interaction from a fellow health care professional is unbelievable and if it’s even allowed I am very disappointed. I did kindly ask her name at the end of the call she hung up on me and no ending to the call such as have a good day or see you then. I feel unwanted as customer and not sure if I can even trust this place. I may consider looking at other places this week and canceling my appt. I hope she reads this as a health care professional, patience is very important to ensure pts are able to trust you and feel comfortable during vulnerable times. More customer care training is needed and maybe just common respect training.

I had a very disappointing experience here. I arrived just 3 minutes late to my appointment and was immediately told I had to reschedule. I understand policies, but I think they could have been more flexible. When I was filling out my forms, they actually asked me to leave the office because it was lunch time. If lunch is at 12:00, I don’t understand why they booked me for 11:45 in the first place. I was also shocked that the person who asked me to leave was the same doctor who later examined me. I rescheduled for the same day at 3:40 p.m., arrived 10 minutes early, and still waited a long time to be seen, which ended up wasting most of my day. On top of that, the office looks very old and has an unpleasant smell. Overall, I was not satisfied and would not recommend this clinic.

Contemplated writing this but now that the pain is back I can’t stop thinking about this visit. Saw PA Bako about a week ago and felt extremely dismissed. She went with the wait and see approach even after I told her my range of motion is affected literally every other week for a week at a time. Who can live like that ?? How can I work?? It’s painful to hug my kid! She scheduled a follow up appointment for 3 months out and handed me a pamphlet … on something I’ve been dealing with for 18 years.. talk about invalidation . She even recommended ibuprofen for the inflammation KNOWING I’m pregnant . After every word she said from the moment she took her gloves off she started inching closer and closer to the door like she couldn’t wait to get out of there . With every question I asked it felt as if I was begging her to stay. I Left feeling I guess just gross. Derm is vulnerable and when you’re made to feel like you’re interrupting their day it sucks.

This is a great medical office. The front and back office staff are friendly, skilled and efficient. The providers (doctors and PAs) are compassionate and knowledgeable. They take their time to evaluate the situation and then address your questions and concerns thoroughly. I tell everyone I know about this place.

I saw Esmeralda and she was wonderful!! She was kind and respectful and was very thorough.. She explained everything in detail and made sure I knew next steps and treatment plan. Also, there was almost no wait to be seen.

Dr. Popescu was awesome. He was honest, easy to talk to, and clearly explained my options. The office staff was pleasant and very quick in getting me in, then out.
