This was my first time to the RH location. As always, Chloe and CMA communicated efficiently and welcomed me to this location at an appointment time that worked well with my schedule and drive up. They were very patient and accommodating. I was welcomed, face cleansed and numbed and the team were kind and friendly as I waited. Nurse Cho is amazing- she is very honest and has a calm and soothing bedside manner as well as having a gentle touch and great knowledge depth. I was nearing the end of my treatment and was getting warm and she was so patient as I tried to get comfortable. I am thankful to her and her team for the best care and introducing me to new skincare treatments and Ulthera technology. I will be back and will refer my friends! Thank you, Cleopatra team!

I started coming here about a year ago and so far I am loving it a lot. Botox and fillers can be very expensive, but Cleopatra won’t make you get anything that you don’t need. They will only focus on areas that need improvement and I love how the nurses take the time to explain. You are not forced to purchase a package and they don’t come and advertise. My skin has improved so much ever since I’ve been here and will continue to get service here. It’s also hard to find someone to trust working on your face, but this place I definitely can recommend.

I have been going here for about 2 years now. The staff are all friendly and professional. The nurse that does my face has experience and does an awesome super good job. I go in every 3 months to get pico laser toning. I had sever dark spot issues and now my face is clear, clean, and bright. My friends always compliment how good my skin looks and I tell them this is the place that keeps my skin lovely. Highly recommend.

I had my hair removal here with Irene from July. Now, I don't have any regrow hair anymore. She is super knowledgeable person her what she does. I have been price checking 3-4 places and Cleopatra had the best offer. I am going to have Ultherapy next month. So far I am very satisfied.
