Terrible terrible practice I had been waiting for over a month to get my son into his scheduled apt for light therapy then I got contacted the afternoon on the day before his morning apt to let me know that the Dr had just noticed his age and does not feel comfortable doing the treatment for him and I got a referral for a different dr. Very inconvenient to put patients and their families through something like that. I would not recommend this place to anyone .

I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl and I will never go anywhere else. The staff here is the best of the best. This year, at just 34 years old, Dr. David Byrd found a very small suspicious freckle on my body. I didn’t think anything of it. Turns out it was melanoma in situ and he did an excellent job on the full excision to ensure clear margins. I also have a lot of anxiety and that diagnosis was really hard for me (even though he caught it very early). The nurses and admin staff are angels - they helped talk me through everything more times than I can count when I was very worried. They were very kind and patient and helpful. I know some people don’t love the longer waits in the waiting room but as soon as you’re back with the provider it is all worth it - they don’t rush and they care, a lot. All of them. Don’t skip your annual skin checks! You’re in the best hands here.

The staff is very friendly. I appreciate Dr Julie’s patience. She explains things very clearly and I always feel well take care of!

I see Dr Julie Byrd regularly for skin checks, and treatments of abnormal spots. Her smile and greeting will make your day! She also treats my family. We trust and appreciate her care. The staff are always courteous and helpful.

I've ALWAYS had great service here! Office staff/nurses/techs/doctors...EVERYONE! Sometimes you find a great doctor, but office staff, not so much; sometimes, the opposite! But this place has such kind, compassionate, personable, and professional people! Not to mention the best dermatologists ever!!!

Every single person there was so darn nice and accommodating. The doctor was brief and in a hurry, the girl taking care of me was wonderful and answered all my questions. I would definitely go back

Excellent Customer service from the minute you schedule your appointment! Medical staff so very professional and courteous and in tune to your needs. I was a patient of Dr. Roger’s way back when I was a teenager and have always remembered how wonderful they were. I chose to come back at this stage in my life and drive over two hours because they are fabulous!
