Pinnacle Dermatology - Rochester Hills

The providers were wonderful, however, I am providing a 1 star due to issues with billing. I have contacted the billing department multiple times to get a billing issues resolved, and no one has contacted me back. They stated they would put my bill on pause until someone contacted me. I have not heard back, and I received a notice that my bill was past due. I have been trying to get these issues resolved since November. I keep getting told that management would contact me and not once have I heard back.

I was given Dr. Stacie Clark's name from my insurance company. I was reluctant to drive the 45 minutes, but I am sure glad I did. Everyone I came in contact with was very kind. Dr. Clark was genuine. She took the time to listen and didn't make me feel like I was just another patient. I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be coming back and recommending her to my family and friends.

I had a procedure this morning to remove skin cancer and I was super nervous, but as soon as I stepped into the room I felt so at ease and comfortable. This is by far the best office staff and Dr Stoecker is amazing, I can't even begin to explain how much they put me at ease and how gentle and kind her and her assistants are. The receptionist is so awesome and nice and you can see they all enjoy their job and laugh together and make the patients feel at ease. I am so grateful that I found this office!! You guys made something scary turn into something much easier for me. Dr Stoecker you and your assistants are the best and I appreciate you guys so much!!!

After getting a tick bite I visited my family physician. Unable to get all the tick parts out of my arm he suggested I visit Pinnacle. The Pinnacle team was able to squeeze me into their schedule a couple of hours later. The team was highly professional and helpful. Dr Dreffs explained the process and completed the task in under 15 minutes. Very happy with the treatment I received.

Office is extremely well organized,appointment times are maintained and the completeness and quality of care is outstanding. I feel 100% confident that every potential issue has been documented and addressed after my annual visits with Dr.Clark.

Saw PA Andrea and got blood tests. She never put in medicine script discussed during or after appt. Nor reviewed blood work after 7 days of posting nor called back after repeated attempts. Customer service of her care is subpar. Why order tests to not review or follow up with patient?? What do I do now? Could not get ahold of this woman. Plus was deceived...requested dermatologist but saw PA...they never disclosed this initially. I have called and left messages 3 times and no one ever calls back!!!!Plus mind you, you are on hold at least 30 minutes to talk to someone. Update: got ahold of ahold of someone after weeks who said and I quote "we can do lab work but we do not prescribe medicine, follow up with primary or obgyn". This place is a point less joke. I am telling you Go Elsewhere....

Second visit to see Dr. Stacie Clark From the staff at the front desk to the nurses and Dr.Clark, herself. They are very organized, they see you at your appt. time (not an hour later, like my previous Dr.) I highly recommend them!
