I haven't had my surgery yet but I feel very comfortable with Dr. Phillips after my initial consultation.

Dr. Phillips is a caring and very knowledgeable dermatologist. My visit consisted of the Mohs surgery with her. Dr. Phillips pays attention to detail for she read my pathology report line by line. She was very patient with me and answered all my concerns ,without being rushed, which eased my anxiety. She is an expert in her field of Mohs surgery and explained step by step the process with me. She is a Doctor of her word and keeps her commitments. She called me at the exact time she said she would regarding my pathology report results. A rarity in this age of fading customer service and empathy. She even called me after hours as a final follow-up to reassure me of my excellent test results. Her staff were very understanding and caring. While the procedure was being administered we had a very enjoyable time with "small talk" to keep my mind away from the procedure. I feel very blessed to have been treated by Dr. Phillips and her staff. I would highly recommend her services.

Dr. Phillips and her staff cared for my mother beautifully during her Mose Surgery yesterday. Mom was so worried about this, however Dr. Phillips and her staff made mom comfortable, calm and assured that all would be well. If you need any type of plastic surgery, reconstructive or cancer removal, I highly recommend her office at Carilion Clinic. My waiting area was the best and Dr. Phillip's staff kept me informed every 30 minutes! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my elderly mom!

She is excellent! She did Mohs surgery on my face in 2007 and you can’t even see the scar . She is the best !
