Riverside Medical Clinic - Brockton

The doctors I’ve had have been great, but with the transition of a new company purchasing the clinic it has turned into an absolute disaster. Doctors and staff are over worked. They have cut out any personal contact that they use to provide and they are simply trying to maximize their profits. My appointments are constantly cancelled and rescheduled months out after I’ve waited for months for the appointment. I have repeatedly given them another chance since I’ve been with them for 25+ years. It’s not getting better. It’s just getting worse. Sad to see a wonderful medical clinic reduced to this state.

I would love to thank Jeff Whitson from Riverside Medical Clinic. Today, my daughter had a neurology appointment there. I accidentally made a wrong turn and arrived at the wrong building. When I realized I was going to be late, I panicked—and in the middle of everything, I dropped my wallet. While driving to the correct building, I realized my wallet was missing, and it had my daughter’s insurance card inside. I went back to look for it but couldn’t find it. We had already waited a month for this appointment, and everything felt like it was going wrong at once. Then I received a call from a stranger who had found my wallet. When he returned it to me, I couldn’t stop crying—everything had just been so overwhelming. That stranger turned out to be an employee at RMC. Not only did Jeff find and return my wallet, but he also helped make sure we could still be seen for the appointment just 30 minutes later. Because of his kindness and compassion, the appointment happened, and it truly made my day. Thank you so much, Mr. Jeff Whitson, for being such a kind and wonderful Good Samaritan. Your help meant more to me than words can express.

Stay clear away from the vreast urologist Dr Boui here. Scary he works with patience while failing to follow medical protocols! After driving over an hour, we were told on arrival that Dr. Leong could not see us. Additionally, an improperly performed needle aspiration by Dr. Boui caused further medical issues, and I was billed to correct that error. I will not be paying. We are done with this facility and will be filing a Medical Board complaint regarding RMC.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, my experience with this office has been extremely disappointing due to consistently poor communication and lack of responsiveness. Despite leaving multiple urgent messages, my calls were never returned. The office encourages patients to leave messages through the app with the assurance of a response within 72 hours; however, this timeframe was not honored. My experience with the OB department was particularly distressing during an already stressful pregnancy. Communication was minimal, and concerns were repeatedly avoided rather than addressed. I waited over a month for a response, calling daily. Each time, the operator would transfer my message to the staff, and I was repeatedly told I would receive a call back within a few hours. Unfortunately, no follow-up ever occurred, leaving me without answers and increasing my anxiety. The level of stress caused by this situation was overwhelming. Dr. KEVIN K YEO office failed to meet basic standards of patient care and accountability. I also requested to speak with a supervisor and never received a response. After exhausting all options, I filed a formal grievance against the staff. Instead of resolving the issue, appointments were canceled without my consent, and false claims were made that I had agreed to these cancellations. Ultimately, I was forced to request a new physician. This entire experience was emotionally exhausting and negatively impacted my well-being during pregnancy, which is both unhealthy and unacceptable for me and my unborn child.

This is a review about the cafeteria inside the hospital as I was waiting for the doctor to come back from lunch. I decided to try the cafeteria after hearing the nurses talk about the prices. The lunch special was a chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, and vegetables I didn’t get the vegetables and got two scoops of the mashed potatoes. The chicken fried steak was decent kinda tasted like Denny’s and the mashed potatoes were instant and honestly tasted like a cheap mac & cheese. The price was decent only $11.40 my next appointment. I will probably try what the next special is as well.

the absolute worst medical center of all time. I wil be switching after 20 years. You can never get a hold of someone with new system and be prepared to be a number and wait months for simple appts. You need a specialst wait months. I had urgent refferal called the number told me had to be scedualed direct with doctor they will call me waited a week no call. I drove with my newborn to the facility and was told there to call the number, called the number in front of them and they said needs to be done there. Noone knows what they are talking about. Was told doctor i needed appt with is booked until April even for urgent, i was literally in tears they finally have me a diffrent doctor. Day of appt they called and switched it to original so clearly they lied. Now another 2 month wait for an Xray. Absoult horrible service god forbid something is wrong. they make you jump through hoops and prob dont care if you die. STAY AWAY! Edit: if you write a review they will send you an auto reply asking you to contact them via a link WITH NO Relevant contact info. It’s literally same # that no one knows anything. Worthless

10/6/2025 UPDATE: Despite Riverside Medical Clinic's response to my review, indicating they want to work with me, no one has reached out. I followed their instructions to give my contact info. (Even though ALL my info can be found in their system for over 20 years). Clearly their response was for "show". For many years I have enjoyed Telemed appts with my endocrinologist to review my every 6 Mos. lab results. Today my next appt had to be canceled bc U.H.S. has purchased Riverside Medical Clinic and no longer offer telemed appt. This will, no doubt, cost RMC some business. Im over 80 y.o. and am not as mobile as I once was, only driving when necessary. UHS is causing RMC to digress in today's world!
