Brown Dermatology

One of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. They have on multiple occasions over the last few years billed us incorrectly for basic preventative yearly visits and will avoid, deny, or straight up never call you to the point that the so-called balance goes to collection agencies. They take ZERO responsibility for any action or lack thereof. We have wasted dozens of hours speaking with them or blue cross and neither one refuses to fix the problem. It proves further that Brown has just become a health ‘care’ monopoly in RI. AVOID at ALL costs.

This was an excellent experience. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and pleasant. I was taken in for my appointment within 10 minutes of checking in. My surgeon, Dr. Haley Goldbach, and her team Ashley and Corrin, were personable, knowledgeable and informative. I felt extremely comfortable and safe in their care. They explained my procedure and made sure I understood everything they were doing. They were also careful to make sure that I understood how to care for myself after the procedure, and who to call if I had questions. I highly recommend this team at Brown Dermatology. The quality of care and bedside manner can't be beat.

I recently had my 2nd surgery at Brown Dermatology office in East Providence. I received excellent care from Dr Libby, Shannon and Ashley. Dr Libby and her team explained everything i needed to know before the surgery and post surgery. They answered all of my questions in a pleasant and kind manner. I would definitely recommend going to Brown dermatology.

I had my surgery on 8/ 20/24, with Dr Libby and her team. I was taken right in no waiting. Juan was wonderful. Took the time to explain everything that was going to be done for a removal of a cyst on my back and was there for the whole surgery. A Resident did the surgery and she did a great job. Always asking if I was OK, or if I was in any pain. I can't remember her name, and hope that by the date I had the surgery she can be recognized for her great surgery. Thank you all again.

I recently had surgery for melanoma in situ. From the initial consultation to the post operative care, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. A big thank you to Dr Libby, Hayley, Elioi, and Ashley for their compassion, friendliness and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.

Dr. Hayley Goldbach performed Mohs Surgery on my cheek in late Sep, 2024. So much good to be said about her! Professional and detailed in explaining procedure. Extremely positive, exuded confidence with a wonderfully friendly bed side manner that made me feel comfortable throughout. Very much appreciated the playing of some of my favorite music and the photo of her daughter with "Uncle Joe". Shout out to Juan Vincente Ma who very capably assisted Dr. Goldbach by providing thorough, detailed information on what I would experience before and after, a calming atmosphere and great bandaging. Kudos also to Stephanie Ramirez who made stitch removal easy one week later. Would highly recommend this Brown Dermatology team to anyone considering Mohs surgery. My overall experience was exceptional.

Doctor Goldbach and her team (E.B. and Jayleen) were excellent at making me feel comfortable throughout my MOHS surgery. They answered any questions that I had, outlined options for post procedure work, and suggested what might work best for me. They even played my favorite music while i was there!
