Dr. Kara Pretzlaff

Dr Pretzlaff is a wonderful Dr! Caring, empathetic, talented and professional. She was a Godsend. Her assistant is also very kind and professional. I'm so glad I found them and am lucky to have them in my lufe!

Dr. Pretzloff is wonderful. Smart, caring, knowledgeable, kind. I trust her completely. However, I found reaching the front desk or the appointment line is impossible. When you call to make an appointment, you have to leave a message and no one ever calls you back. You call back again thinking maybe you got them at lunch, or something and no matter when you call you have to leave a message. IF YOU ARE LUCKY, 2-3 days later someone finally returns your call. But mostly no one calls you back. Once you get the appointment it's all set unless you have to change or cancel, then you go through the same message process. Super frustrating. Sadly, I've referred others to Dr. Pretzloff and the appointment process is so difficult that they move on to find another practice. Because of not being able to reach a person to make an appointment at the start, , I stopped recommending the practice and am now faced with having to find another provider that I can reach to make an appointment. If you can reach someone to make an appointment, you'll love Dr. Pretzloff. I tried to access the patient portal to let them know of the problems but I cannot access it and there is no way to contact them for help or a way to ask for a new password, etc. to access. I hope the practice moves into the direction of having an actual person answer the phones so that patients are taken care of rather than forcing people to leave message and they are never returned. Dr. Pretzlaff herself deserves a 5. the office staff and phone calls practices deserve a 0.

Dr. Pretzlaff was amazing, highly recommend! This was my first visit with her and she thoroughly explained the process, what to expect, was very kind, and most importantly knowledgeable.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Pretzlaff. Her and her entire staff are professional, knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Great bedside manner & can’t recommend her enough!!!! Was in and out within 30 minutes tops!

This was my first visit with Dr Pretzlaff and I was delighted. The appointment started on time. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything. Very good experience

I guess they don’t value or need business that badly because you can’t get their office to call you back. Call a more well known established practice if you want a call back.
