Awful customer service. Called to make an appointment in July and Dr. Luk wasn’t available until December. 4+ month wait. So I asked to be put on the waitlist. An early morning August 8 appointment opened up just two days before the appointment date and I jumped to book it. I arrive 10 minutes early to my appointment and the receptionist tells me she called several times a hour earlier and left a message that my appointment was canceled. I did not receive one call or message from Dr. Luk’s office. Not even a simple alert message via MyChart. The receptionist even verified that she had the correct telephone number (which she did). Yet I still did not receive any notice of the cancellation. Her suggestion to rectify her office’s error was for me, the inconvenienced customer, to further inconvenience myself by calling back that afternoon to see about rescheduling with them. Instead of them calling me! I will not be rescheduling with Dr. Luk at any point unless I develop some masochistic desire to have my time wasted again by this office. I was referred to Dr. Luk by a family member and I will be encouraging them to look elsewhere due to my experience.

Dr Luk and his team were great! Very personable and kind. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Would totally recommend his office and him!

I went to see Dr. Luk for hair loss. He was totally worthless. The visit was a complete waste of time and money. He really didn't want to listen, didn't care one bit and was just anxious to move on to the next patient. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would.

Kind, personable, thorough, professional all around great doctor! Very thankful I found him to help me identify and care for my skin cancer needs.
