I've always had a wonderful experience here. Everyone l've seen is amazing including my current dermatologist, Kendra, who is nothing short of the perfect dermatologist. The staff is also very friendly. I'm very grateful that I found this place.

We arrived on time for our appointment with Dr. Shireen Guide. Unfortunately, the wait was far too long: we waited 45 minutes, and when we asked, we were told we would need to wait another 30 minutes. This caused significant inconvenience and left a disappointing impression of the clinic’s organization.

They helped my daughter’s alopecia and I am so grateful! They are so sweet at the front desk. Kendra is amazing and spends a lot of time getting to the bottom of all the issues. Love it here. They use cutting edge treatments and really know what they are doing.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shireen Guide for several years and consider her to be a very good dermatologist. The office support staff however, and in particular those charged with processing requests for prescription refills, are just plain horrible. I have been trying for nearly two weeks to get refills. My Pharmacy has reached out to them. They never answer the phone. They don't return calls. I need to consider finding another practice. June, 2022 Update: I have discussed the foregoing with the doctor, and she explained that Medicare regulations require a provider to see the patient before refilling prescriptions if the patient has not been seen for that specific condition within 90 days. My takeaway is that the patient must take the lead during routine exams to state which prescriptions are still needed.

Dr. Guide is a great doctor and was great with my daughter. The office staff? They are a problem. Rude and dismissive. Carrie is so unkind and unhelpful. If you want a great doctor and do not mind dealing with the nightmare of the billing errors, appeals process, and horrible mistreatment - then this is the place for you! If customer service is a priority to you, at all, I would avoid this place. I was really excited because I thought we found our go-to dermatologist in Dr. Guide... I will keep looking. It is not worth the headache.

Although, I have been typically happy with the services I receive, I find that a year to a year and half later after my service, I get a bill. This has happened with my last two visits. After 12- 18 months, I have no idea of what I had done and what a fun surprise this lovely bill can be. When I called to inquire, the woman told me they had a billing company that wasn't billing on time. Then she persistently asked me if I wanted to pay it right then. When I continued to question, her only concern was if I would pay it right then. Yah, I am totally prepared to pay when I barely remember what I had done and she was quite annoying with this being her only concern. Their issues with their billing department are not my issues. When I didn't pay the bill right then, I received a late notice---you mean you can take 12-18 months to bill me and I get a late notice? Wow! I will be looking for another Dermatologist in the area.

(From my experience) Very rude customer service. Very dismissive. Took them a very long time to give biopsy results. From the front desk to billing...rude, rude, rude. Plus, per what I was told by billing, they only use one pathology lab, which may not be covered by your insurance. The biopsy was covered, but not the pathology. Very expensive. When questioned, they put all the blame on the consumer. I called the front desk any was told I had to explicitly tell them to send the biopsy to a certain lab and it’s not their responsibility. So when I waited for 2 weeks for the approval for the biopsy, and confirmed they had the referral, and asked if it was all covered...guess that wasn’t enough.
