I was able to get an appointment right away to fit my schedule. Very professional and warm reception and staff. As a new patient, I was given a tour prior to my appointment so that I could see both the medical and cosmetic facilities and the services offered in each. Dr. Roberts listened to my concerns and gave me suggestions for treatment. I had a medical procedure done in office and had follow-up care explained as well as being given written instructions. Prior to leaving, I was also given trial sizes of various products to try at home. I'll be back!

Thank you! This is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of the exceptional experience my son and I have during our appointment with Dr. Wendy Roberts and her staff. Dr. Roberts positive energy and expertise is such a welcome change to encounter when you see that she genuinely cares and listens carefully to give medical feedback in layman's terms for us to understand and have confidence in following her instructions after we leave her office. I like to submit a review after I have had several visits that consistently exceed my expectations. If I could give 10 stars, I would because Dr. Roberts and her staff definitely have exceptional client/customer service in their DNA. Immediately after my son and I left our first appointment with Dr. Roberts, he said "She's better than any Dr. visit I've been to" As a mom, I said to myself "Thank you!" because finding a Dr. who connects professionally and is personable to impress a teenager is commendable! Thank you again and again for being the best experience we encounter at every appointment. We look forward to our appointments with Dr. Roberts and her staff and you will to if your looking for a dermatologist that delivers with providing the knowledge and care you deserve.

Horrible experience! Waited 45 minutes and Dr. Roberts did not explain the treatment plan at all no directions, no explanation of side effects at all even when asked point blank basic questions about what I’m going to be given. Shifted the conversation to consent forms. And waited another thirty minutes to sign one iPad consent form to be given a sample pack of medications again with no directions FROM ANYBODY much less the doctor. Worst experience at a doctors office and from a so called "doctor" I’ve ever had. If I could give zero stars I would.

I am so grateful to Dr. Roberts for the care she gave to me. I had a persistent skin condition which I managed myself for a long time but continued to suffer. I had heard that dermatologists could only manage the condition so I stayed away. I am so happy that I decided to give professional help a try. She prescribed a treatment and by day 2, I saw improvement. After 2 weeks, it was completely gone. Dr. Roberts came highly recommended to me by my husband, who had been on the surgical staff at Eisenhower Hospital for 30 years, so he knew exactly who he wanted me to see. Thank you, Dr. Roberts, for your caring and taking your time with me as a patient. You have made such a difference in my life!

It goes without saying that Dr. Roberts is an accomplished expert in her field. She is knowledgeable and very professional. But it is her kindness, empathy, and compassion that will keep me returning to her in the future. Dr. Roberts is warm and just really a special person and I appreciate all that she has done for me!

A couple weeks ago I waited for one hour past my appointment time to see Dr. Roberts for my "consultation". I was told she was in a meeting. However when I was ready to walk out, her staff brought me back to see the doctor, which literally took one minute. Yesterday I had an appointment to have a simple lasar procedure. My appointment was at 4:15. I waited over two hours in the exam room for Dr. Roberts. The worst part of waiting is that there were no other patients being seen! I could hear Dr. Roberts chatting with her staff the entire time I was waiting for her. Apparently this doctor does not care about her patients and their time wasted waiting for her. I should send her a bill for my time and the worst experience I’ve ever had. Shame on her and her staff!
