From entering this office you are greeted with a smile. Used to unfortunately frowns and busy eating at the desk or texting! Not these gals, very professional and polished. Check in online is a breeze. Didn’t even wait 5 minutes for appointment. Isabel and Amanda were great. Again very professional and quick senses of humor. I am glad I found them. We are on a journey to heal.

I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. My nurse practitioner was thorough and listened well. Instead of the medical assistant trying to sell me on a sale serum (but didn’t know the price), perhaps she could have inquired if I wanted a consultation about that sort of thing since I was just there for a skin check.

DO NOT come here. I had a small U-shaped scar on my chin from an old injury. Dr. Jochen took one quick look and immediately pushed a "one-size-fits-all" straight-line incision. Months later, after everything healed, I realized he left out two obvious corners at the top, creating a brand new problem. When I brought it up, they brushed me off and insisted laser treatments would "smooth everything out." I’ve had two laser sessions already and absolutely nothing has changed. They just kept trying to upsell me. The work he did was sloppy, rushed, and careless. He performed the revision in a way that no skilled scar specialist would ever do. The worst part? His staff tries to sweep everything under the rug, repeating the same line "He’s done plenty of successful work." But the moment you question anything or ask for accountability, they completely shut down and ignore you especially if your case requires precision, delicate technique, or actual skill. I regret I ever trusted this place.
