We had the most frustrating experience scheduling an appointment for my mom. I made the appointment for 10 AM, specifically choosing that time to give the office an opportunity to contact me if there were any issues. After driving half an hour, we were informed that they do not accept my mom's insurance. The office has been open since 8 AM. I can't understand why they didn’t call us to notify us of the insurance issue beforehand. Their online system allows users to schedule appointments, select insurance, and receive confirmations, only for us to face the rejection at the office. This poor communication and flawed system need serious attention to avoid wasting time and energy for patients and their families. Overall, it’s an unsatisfactory experience, and I hope they work to improve their processes in the future.

Went to website, tried to book.. saw several appointments available, and a 9:40 AM slot for 3 days from now.. an issue with website finding my insurance group (it happens) and called the office. As soon as they found out I was a new patient, " oh, new patient, I'm sorry, we're booked out really far, in fact, we'll over a month out..." So, you have time on the schedule for only current patients? How do you grow/sustain a business like that? Pass on these clowns.

One of the easiest doctor appointments I have ever made. Made it on Thursday, saw the doctor this morning and all is good. Check in process, front desk all went great. Highly recommended if you are seeking a dermatologist.

Dr Signorelli is fabulous. Her treatment, demeanor and professionalism are excellent!! I recommend this office and Dr Signorelli’s care to everyone.

Hello - this is NOT a review. It’s the only option for communication on the weekend. I am scheduled to be in your office on Monday, May 19th but will be out of town. Your text message requested any reschedules or cancellations take place at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid being charged, however you literally have no channels for new patients to communicate with you outside of normal business hours. I was unable to leave a message. I couldn’t register for the patient portal because it wasn’t an option. The text message is one way and couldn’t receive responses. And there’s no email address on the website. Today is Saturday, May 17th and I’m informing you that I’ll be unable to come into the office on Monday. I’ll call on Monday to reschedule and delete this once done. Thanks

First visit and I arrived 15 minutes early. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time I questioned the wait time and was told there were difficulties with another patient causing a delay and there was still 1 other person ahead of me. I drove an hour to be seen here and had another appointment in the area following this appointment so I was left having to ask if they had a later time available to avoid being late now for my other appointment. Despite them being behind schedule, they could not accommodate seeing me later the same day and the only other available time they had would be a week later. I understand things happen but I feel like there should be space made between appointments for that and it could have been communicated to me sooner before me having to questions after 30 minutes. If I was 30 minutes late, they would not see me but if they are 30 minutes late then it's my problem. Between the drive and waiting 45 minutes (because I arrived early) I could have used that time towards other errands. Not a great first impression.

My appointment was a follow up to a previous biopsy. PA Watson gave a comprehensive overview of the findings and treatment plan which he performed. I left with confidence the issue has been resolved. PA Watson and the support staff are performing at a high level. No complaints here!
