It was my first time receiving injectables and everyone was very welcoming and informative and the process was super smooth and stress free! The office was extremely clean. They also have a nice selection of medical grade skincare products! Will definitely be returning 🙂

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had Ultherapy and Potenza done at JP Med Spa with Jin, and I truly cannot recommend her enough. Both treatments have a reputation for being painful, but if you follow Jin’s instructions and apply the numbing cream at least 45 minutes beforehand, the procedure is quick and very tolerable — and absolutely worth it. Ultherapy has tightened my skin and given me a noticeably more youthful appearance. When combined with filler, the results are long-lasting and completely worth the investment. I recommend purchasing 1–3 sessions, and she offers a better rate when you bundle, which makes it even more worthwhile. Jin is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and talented at what she does. She will only recommend treatments that are best for your specific skin type and appearance — never anything unnecessary. You can truly trust her expertise and recommendations. Her staff is also amazing. I’ve had some of the best facials there — everyone is kind, professional, and welcoming. Unlike some of the bigger spas in Raleigh, they never push unnecessary add-ons or extra treatments. There’s really something to be said for going to a smaller med spa. You receive more personalized attention, zero pressure, and consistently amazing results. The process is absolutely worth it, and the results are incredible. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend JP Med Spa!

I highly recommend JP Med Spa. I received Ultherapy there twice — last year and again this year — and each time the experience was excellent. The provider explained everything in detail and recommended treatments that were truly appropriate for my individual skin condition. I also had regular skin laser treatments, and my skin tone has improved dramatically. Their pricing is very reasonable compared to other places, and they have always been honest and transparent. I’ve never felt overcharged or pressured into anything. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience.

I initially booked the appointment specifically for an IPL consultation. The $75 consultation fee was not clearly communicated to me over the phone when scheduling, which felt misleading. More importantly, there was no thorough or structured skin evaluation. I was quickly told I had melasma "under the skin" without any clear clinical explanation or diagnostic basis. No detailed assessment was performed, no Fitzpatrick questionnaire was completed, yet I was categorized as Type IV based largely on ethnicity. The conversation shifted quickly toward treatment and product recommendations, and the experience felt sales-driven rather than medically grounded. In previous dermatology and reputable med spa consultations, I received detailed explanations of diagnostic reasoning, risk factors, and treatment options. That level of professionalism was unfortunately missing here.
