I have been coming to BeautyCo for a variety of services for years. I stated with a few other med spas but eventually stayed with BeautyCo because of the exceptional service and overall vibe. I see Rachael and Jennifer who are the most kind, comforting women; which is very important for someone like me who is super anxious about EVERYTHING. Highly recommend!!

I had my first microneedling session done by Adrianna. She was super incredible, professional, and genuinely easy to be around. She explained everything clearly, made the whole process comfortable, and my skin already looks brighter! Kelly is the absolute best! I have had several treatments with her including lip filler, Juvederm, and Botox! She and her staff treat you like a friend and take the utmost care to make sure that it is a painless and positive experience! I would recommend her to everyone!

Jennifer is a gem! She’s the only one I trust for Botox and filler, and she always makes me feel comfortable. The results are natural and I get compliments all the time. I’m constantly giving out her name because she truly deserves it. The staff is wonderful too, and the space is gorgeous. Highly recommend!

The customer service here is amazing. Everyone I spoke to was so patient and kind. I saw Jennifer and I would recommend her to everyone. She took her time explaining things and just made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be coming back!

I hate to do this but I feel really upset about this whole situation. I have been a member there for 5 years, and I booked an appointment and told them that I wanted to spend the rest of my wallet money as I was about to move to Spain. I wanted to get injections in a few spots but i always avoid the forehead as I tried it once before and it gave me chronic headaches. I go in for my appointment and I told them again that I wanted to spend my wallet money and that I wanted to avoid my forehead since I get headaches. The injector said ok and recommended a few spots for injections and said she would just do a little in the forehead. I thought we had agreed on me spending my wallet money so I agreed to do it. She injected a bunch into my forehead and then at checkout I see that my bill is over $700 more than what I had in my wallet. I left in shock since there’s no way to return what was already in my face. After a few days and talking with friends (most are early 30s starting a family or buying a home) they told me this amount of money would hurt them for several months. I then decided to call and let the company know what happened. The office manager Taylor was kind and said she would give me 20% back and asked if I wanted her to tell the owner and upper management. I thought it was good for them to know that one of their injectors was taking advantage, so I said yes. She told me they would call me at the end of the week. 3 weeks later and no phone call, I called in to see if they remembered to call me back. They told me they would call me at the end of the day. 3 days later the manager calls me back and says she’s been on vacation. She told me she talked to the injector and that she told her that it never happened and I was agreeing to have my forehead injected with that much product. She assured me that my case has caused them to go through training to make sure that they don’t go over wallet balances if that is stated at the beginning of the appointment, but there’s nothing else they can do. I just feel scammed by a company I was loyal to for a long time and I wanted to warn any young woman looking to do beauty treatments for the first time to be cautious and get an exact price before letting them do anything to your face. I am $700 over budget and I have chronic headaches and look like Jack Nicholson. Not worth it.

I had such a good experience at BeautyCo. Everyone there was super nice and my injector really took the time to understand my goals and history. They also totally get that it’s a financial investment, which I appreciated. They do free touch-ups at the 2-week mark, which is amazing. You get 15% off as a newbie, and $50 off for referring a friend, so yes, I am now telling everyone I know. Including you. Honestly, highly recommend if you’re thinking about!
