Good luck getting an appointment. Hours are inflexible, god forbid you have to cancel an appointment the wait is months out. Had a good experience a few years back but clearly the clinic is not what it was

Victoria is a brilliant dermatologist, however, patient care and service has declined severely over the past couple of years. First, they don’t validate parking. Second, the front desk staff is horribly rude, lazy and unkind. Third, you will always have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to be seen. When you finally see the doctor, you may at best, get 3 minutes of her time. Lastly, getting prescription refills is a hassle.

I had my first visit yesterday and I find that they are very kind, caring, diligent, and caring medical facility. Thank God they're in Quincy and a true asset to the community.

I am truly perplexed by the negative reviews regarding Dr. Kouhung's staff. As a six-year patient of Dr. Kouhung's dermatology practice, I have consistently encountered exceptional professionalism, kindness, and care. The front desk staff are invariably helpful, considerate, and professional, promptly returning calls and addressing concerns. I have witnessed how the interact with the patients that are coming in and waiting in the waiting room. They are more than courteous and considerate. They know me by my name when I enter, they offer me samples of cream that are in a big bowl in front of them, They reassure patients that their turn is coming up soon. What more can anyone possibly ask for? Dr. Kouhung's medical assistants and pre-med students are not only competent but also engaging and pleasant to interact with. The office atmosphere is remarkably positive, reflecting the doctor's evident respect and kindness towards her staff. A few months ago, I referred an elderly friend to Dr. Kouhung's office, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate their urgent needs. Dr. Kouhung personally called me to check on my well-being during a serious skin condition episode, demonstrating genuine concern for her patients' welfare. I will be forever be grateful for her professionalism and kindness towards a very trying time. I highly recommend Dr. Kouhung and her staff for their exceptional service, brilliance, and sincerity. Victoria is a brilliant dermatologist. I had severe acne and she was able to provide a solution with great results . The one star goes to the front staff lady. They are not friendly nor helpful. I had paid my insurance directly for my visit and the front staff stated they did not receive payment. The front staff did not help but instead made me go hunt down the payment through many hurdles. Are you serious, how can one be so inconsiderate. Now I'm contacting my insurance and they stated it was paid and office did not accept payment. It's a telling sign the front office does not know what they're doing. This is the worst customer service. It's already frustrating enough seeing the doctor but the front staff lady is not helpful and correction is needed. Retrain, rehire and rebuild the team. Victoria is losing loyal customers, would not be surprised if insurance issues are occurring internally because of their lack of accountability. Office staff is very negative and I almost assure you, they will not take any accountability but instead blame the customer.

Best dermatologist I have ever seen and I have seen many dermatologists my whole life, in major cities since childhood and in different countries. I could not recommend her enough. She is very thorough, professional and smart. Dr. Kuohung worked with me within my budget and was able to offer me affordable and effective solutions to my skin and hair. I can not recommend her enough!!! I even traveled 5 hours round trip to see her and I can tell you hands down, she was worth it and I'd do it again.
