The appointment was made through Zocdoc, which was speedy and saved a lot of time searching for qualifying providers who accepted my health plan. Dr. Reed's team was responsive, polite and accommodating. My appointment began on time, Dr. Reed was very personable while being to the point and performed the surgery as described. I would not hesitate to go back should the need arise.

I have been going to Dr. Reed for approximately 15 years now. I have skin littered with freckles and moles that need to be checked frequently. All the staff at his office is awesome. They are friendly, accommodating, caring and have great follow-up. They are super responsive which is not usually a strong point for a doctor office. Dr. Reed and his staff have solid bedside manner, I always feel comfortable. He is an expert at what he does and has even removed suspect areas from my face to great satisfaction. I trust him completely and have referred numerous friends and family. With two locations, very convenient.

I had a very pleasant first visit with Dr. Reed. I was seen on time, which is a big plus with me. Audrey was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I was impressed with Dr. Reed. He diagnosed my condition and made sure that I understood everything. I had an unexpected procedure done, each step explained as it was done, which actually made me relax. I'm a very pleased patient.

Do NOT go to Dr. Correnti, she is super rude, and she had an attitude from the moment she walked in. She does not care about her patients. All she cares about is taking their money!!! She was also very condescending and not friendly at all. I had such a pleasant experience with Rebecca Jinga. Would make an appointment to see her again, however I would never go back to see Dr. Correnti!!! Do not recommend!! I am overall appalled by her customer service & how she treats patients like they all just money smh.

I just got out of Dr. Reeds office. I had a Nurse Practitoner named Cohen I believe. I hope I got that correct. My experience was excellent. He explained as he went through what he was doing in a methodical step by step way. When he found something he wanted to biopsy, he and the assistant who was also excellent (very professional and with a humorous Disney type shirt) told me what they were going to do, did it and told me what they did. I had two issues which were dealt with immediately and to my demanding satisfaction. I am big on Customer Service and a good bedside manner and these folks got it right. Highly recommended!

Waited 50 min before been seen and that’s because one of the staff members forgot I checked in and assumed I was waiting for someone. Appointment was quick, Dr Reed said he was going to send in prescription to my pharmacy. Never Did.. On top of that, got billed in the mail for my copay and when I called the desk they stated that they don’t recall me paying and asked if I can email them the receipt so they can adjust my bill. Disorganized and unprofessional.

You will never see Dr. Kenneth Reed in person. only his assistants. His assistants are high professional, and are nice. It is a pain to communicate to the front desk for appointments, and rescheduling return visits. I had to call to re-schedule my appointment. The call was answered by "Lola". She could not hear me clearly because she was eating while talking on the other end of the phone line. She always ends up asking me atleast twice about the details of my re-scheduling, and my records. To top it off, she retorted as if she had better things to do than be at the help desk line. Horrid experience. Even when you are at the clinic, in person, you have to wait atleast 10 minutes for the desk attendants to finish their chit-chat with each other, or what they are eating, for them to accomodate you; which would only take 2 minutes, if they knew what they are doing. Summary: effective medical treatment, unpleasant relations staff. Verdict: if you know a better doctor, with a nicer clinic and staff, go there instead; not here.
