Excellent customer service! Doctor Charles was very efficient and professional, and the assistants were great too. I highly recommend this place. I didn’t have to wait at all—they saw me right on time.

I’ve been coming to this dermatology office since I was 18, and they have always been such a great help. My skin has cleared up so much over the years, and I truly couldn’t be happier with my results. The entire staff is incredibly sweet, welcoming, and professional, which makes every visit a pleasant experience. Dr. Stacy is the absolute best so knowledgeable, caring, and attentive. I’m so grateful for the amazing care I’ve received here and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dermatologist.

This is the best dermatologist experience I’ve ever had. No wait time( even if you come in as a walk in,) and once you are seen everything is fast and to the point, while still being able to ask as many questions as you deem fit. Dr. Stacy Li is amazing and she really listens to me when I speak vs a doctor who has a fixed agenda! I feel safe telling her about my worries and insecurities as she is understanding to a point you can’t facade. I will be a loyal customer for years to come!

I’ve been coming here for months, and every visit has felt increasingly impersonal and rushed. My appointments last no more than five minutes, which would be okay if I felt like they were really tending to me like a human patient and not a guinea pig with a generic textbook skin issue. I feel that prescriptions are handed out too quickly and generously. I wish I had trusted my instincts sooner. After using the tretinoin cream they prescribed, my skin became extremely dry, tight, and flaky—essentially burned. Now, I use adapalene, which hasn’t improved my acne and actually worsened the dryness and stinging. When I brought this up, I was told it was a "normal reaction" and to continue using it at a lower dose. It was only when I pointed out the redness on my neck that they did not rush me out the door and prescribed me with hydrocortisone. Had I not said something, they wouldn’t have done further inspection (which only added 2 minutes to my appointment). Overall, the approach feels overly prescription-heavy, rushed, and somewhat experimental. I understand that not every appointment or patient can have 100% quality service all the time, but there has been no thorough assessment of my skin for months now, and unfortunately, my skin is at the cost of it. My skin is worse now than when I first started seeing them, and I’ve felt that a lot of my skin journey with them has left me to do my own research and attempt to take matters into my own hands to figure out what is happening with my skin. I am really disappointed and confused as the other reviews did look promising. But my skin can’t afford to continue being a test run when they see me for 5 minutes every month or two.

My experience felt rushed, and the appointment lacked detail. Some concerns I raised were not explored fully, and I left without clear explanations or a comprehensive plan.
