Hi, I love this office. We have been going here for years. There hours of operation accommodates all type of work schedules! The doctors are all very friendly attentive, show love and compassion to their patients. I highly recommend them for all of your skin care needs! First off the staff and surgeon are friendly and this review isn’t about them. However Dr. Berry is one of the most incompetent and ignorant people let alone doctors I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. I have a size-able keloid on my ear and steroid injections sadly didn’t work. Initially Dr.Berry said he could shave it down. But after getting a closer look he pulled me aside away from his colleague and said he couldn’t do it and it needed surgical removal. I was a little irritated but understood that he made a simple mistake, to be fair he was apologetic and he gave his personal number to contact him and schedule an appointment for the surgery. After contacting him I had the surgery scheduled for the 31st of January, I contacted him a few days before to confirm for the surgery only for him to tell me that the surgeon wasn’t in that day. At this point I was very agitated because I had scheduled this surgery almost a month in advance, and had called off work. He had had weeks to inform me but never did, I gave it one more chance and rescheduled it for today February 14th. I went into the office and the staff told me I had no appointment in the system. I contacted Dr.Berry and he informed them of my surgery. And they handed me paperwork that I filled out and waited an hour and a half to be seen despite my appointment being at 11am. When I was eventually called in the surgeon took one look at my Keloid and said I would need plastic surgery and that he wasn’t comfortable doing the procedure within 5 minutes. This is not his fault and I understand why he couldn’t do the surgery. He was very polite and kind as he could tell I was disappointed and upset. If you attend this clinic please avoid Dr Berry to save yourself the time money and headache. I’d leave 0 stars if I could!

My name is Mohammad Ahmed , I had a lump surgery on April 18,2025 (Friday at 9:15 AM ) , The surgery was done by a male Doctor who was on duty at that time/ day , He told me that , he is sending the collection from the lump for laboratory test to see if there is any cancer existing in the lump ! Doctor advised me to come back after 2 weeks to remove the stitches and he will discuss about the medical report on the same day . I went to remove my stitches after 2 weeks from the surgery on May 02,2025 at 11:30 AM . Stitches were removed , but report was not available , Doctor said, their system is down and she told me to call on Monday OR Tuesday next week . As per Doctor's advise I called back on Tuesday on May 06,2025 to know about if the system is okay . I got the answer that doctor is off today please call back tomorrow , I called again on Wednesday 2:36 pm if I can to get the medical report by today , I got the same answer , system is down today as well ! Receptionist told me to call back again on next Friday on May 09,2025 ! I am frustrated ! I am scared now ! If it is found Cancer in my body on the test report and I am late to get the treatment due to the system down of the medical Office , Who is going to take the responsibilities of my life ??? === Questions to all concern..
