BEST PLACE EVER!!!! It was my very first time getting filler and oh my gosh it was I kid you not one of the best experiences I will ever have hands down. We walked in and it was super bright and clean. The staff was super amazing offered my friend and I a drink and at this point it was just a consult. I thought that was super nice. We go into the consultation room wait maybe 4 -5 minutes and the doc (Veronica) she was super thoughtful in how she spoke with us. When I got more comfortable I said let’s do it today they numbed me and we went to the next room and they did the injections there. I’m not saying this lightly at all. She was so gentle I fell asleep a couple times she did everything I wanted and when I seen myself I almost cried. I was soo happy and everyone needs to come here. I will be going just for maintenance and that isn’t always injections but they truly care🫀

I used to see Ashlee at pure spa and wellness but shes no longer a Cosmetic nurse there. It was hard trusting someone else with my Botox. So I haven’t seen anyone for a few months. Veronica was wonderful! She was personable and listened to all my concerns while explaining throughly what she felt would help me accomplish my desired goals best. The atmosphere was clean, organized and welcoming. You can tell all the employees from the front desk to the esthetician assisting were happy and loved what they do. Will be back for my medical cosmetic needs forsure! If you’re looking for a legit medical spa for tox, filler , laser treatments in Pueblo I recommend trying this place out. 🩷

As a newbie to any asthetic procedure I was nervous, naturally. But everyone was so easy to talk to, everything was explained in great detail and all of my problem areas were addressed. I left feeling confident and will return for any and all future needs. The staff here are absolutely great and I look wonderful.

I had an amazing facial that left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. Day 3 I was still glowing . Hannah was incredibly professional and knowledgeable making my session both relaxing and enjoyable. Can’t wait until my next appointment. Highly recommend.
