Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice and helpful. I appreciated the online pre-appointment process of filling out forms and paying. And the procedure was so quick and painless. Truly couldn't be happier. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Prindaville was amazing, definitely would recommend her to anyone. She was so thorough, did not rush, she was so clear with her information and answers.

They have Doctors for adults and children. The front staff is quick and courteous. The doctors are too notch. There’s even a lab upstairs if you need bloodwork.

I came in for a skin tag removal, of which I was told I would have to pay out of pocket. No big deal, its cosmetic. While I was in the office, the doctor noticed eczema around my eyes and offered to write me a prescription. Because she wrote a prescription I'm now being charged $350 for an "office visit" despite already PAYING TO BE THERE. I tried to ask to see where my informed consent forms are for that to have been done, and no one in billing or at the office will talk to me. I was sent the forms, but no one will look at them and answer why I was billed if I didn't consent. It feels like a scam. I'll never go back, and I'll tell anyone who will listen to be wary of their shady billing practices. Update 5/29 No one has reached out yet despite the business saying they would. However, the billing requests have stopped. Update 6/4 The bills have resumed coming in the mail and to my phone by text. No one has reached out. I will contact the better Business bureau or RI Attorney General if this issue cannot be resolved here.

I think the world of Dr. Marla Angermeier. She's helped me take good care of my skin for decades. She is very knowledgable, down to earth, warm, delightful and takes her time listening to any concerns I (or my husband) may have. Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr. Sandy Chia who was lovely--and generous. She was able to take me when I mistakenly came on the wrong day for an appointment with Dr. Angermeier that was rescheduled. She, too, looked at my skin carefully, listened to me, and checked out my face after a recent treatment for sun damage (ACs). She gave me good advice. It was a pleasure to meet her and I am grateful for her offering to see me.

My dermatologist always shows great empathy and knowledge in my appointments with her, now for about 15 years!

I am NOT EVER coming to this office again. A complete waste of time. They barely helped me. My apt was rushed. I must've repeated myself multiple times. I really feel dissatisfied. Go somewhere else if you have serious issues with your hands or skin because really. Dr told me to use a medicine I had already tried that didn't work for me and made my hand issue worsen at time of use like what!!!! Get out of here. I'm upset. She didn't try I feel like just listened to me complain about my issue. No tests.... Just a joke. Thank you for nothing!! Let's not forget the woman who dealt with me before my Dr was RUDE and she acted like she had better things to do than be at work. I'm good. I did not appreciate the vibe at all. I left infuriated basically.
