Respectful. Knowledgeable front office staff. Friendly, trustworthy nurse and doctor. Seen same day I called for an appointment. Was seen right on time. Discharge staff was just as friendly as the front office. Highly recommend.

The receptionist is polite, personable and welcoming. The nurse was awesome, making me feel comfortable, almost like a family member. My doctor is the best. He explains everything in detail, truly shows he cares, and is respectful, knowledgeable, and personable.

I went in for a general skin check. They were fast and thorough and made sure to answer questions and paid attention to any concerns I had about changes in my skin. Everyone was sweet and professional as well.

Quick no nonsense cancer screening. Staff was very nice and very professional. I was in and out in 35 minutes. Had a few bibopsies performed and was given clear explanations why and how they were going to do them. They were great. Simply great.

The staff is always professional and friendly making you feel welcomed. Dr. Salloum is an exceptional dedicated doctor as I always feel he treats people with respect and dedicated to providing the best care available. He takes the time to discuss options, new products available, and tailoring procedures to your needs to remedy problem areas.

I went in for consultation. Staffs and the doc are friendly. Dr. Salloum has a mindset for helping the patient and not pushy at all (he actually suggested me not to do anything and wait for a few more years). I felt like I was in a good hand. He is very trustworthy, knowledgeable and relatable. If I choose to have anything done, I’d choose him.

This place is an absolute clown show and I've never in 40 years have seen a doctor's office run in this manner. I prepaid my bill $194. Once they billed my insurance apparently it came back that I owed $12. They don't send physical bills they send text messages. The appointment was in August. The follow-up appointment was in October. I never even got a text message till September 2 weeks prior to the next appointment. I said to myself okay I'll pay the $12 at the next appointment. I show up The first thing I do is pay the $12 and then they tell me I can't make another appointment because I owed 12 bucks. Then they sent me a letter discharging me as a client because I owed the money I guess. I've never seen anything like this from a doctor's office in my entire life. They didn't even send a bill it was a text message. Shame on you and how you run your business. If anyone ever asks me I would never ever recommend your services to anyone. Typical corporate run medical office. The texts says "message from aspire". No indication money was owed in the text.
