I recently had both a wax and a lash lift done by Aspen, and it was such an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the treatment room was beautiful and the entire environment felt calm, clean, and so relaxing. My lash lift turned out amazing, my lashes looked lifted and defined while still feeling completely healthy. The wax (sugaring) was quick, efficient, and gave me fantastic results with minimal discomfort. I can’t recommend West End Skincare enough!

I had my first facial with Aspen, and I am so glad I decided to give facials another try! I had been underwhelmed by a well-known competitor a couple of years ago, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Aspen and West End Skincare completely changed my perspective. Aspen was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to explain products and what my skin needed, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She was warm, engaging, and never pushy — just genuinely helpful. The space itself was relaxing, clean, and so comfortable. I left feeling refreshed and cared for, and I’m definitely planning to go back. I would highly recommend Aspen to anyone looking to prioritize self-care or aging skin concerns. I’m excited to commit to a routine with her!

Love this place! Had a facial done with Aspen. She was extremely knowledgeable and so careful with my skin. She made sure to take her time examining my skin to make sure we used the correct products for my specific skin concerns. It brings me such peace of mind knowing that the products she put on my face are safe and natural! Great experience.
