James Dinulos, MD, FAAD

I had a v-beam laser treatment on my face. It’s too early to comment on results, but prior to the procedure I couldn’t find much information on what to expect afterwards, just minor bruising and swelling, kind of vague and no visual references. For anyone wondering, the marks from the treatment are much more significant than expected - dark red/purple spots at each location. Regular make-up does not cover them, I am too self-conscious to go out in public without my Covid mask. The procedure itself was easy and quick, staff very friendly. Hopefully the results are fabulous!

Dr Dinulos was very thorough, explained two procedures that he could do and gave me the choice. He explained the procedure and did a great job. I was very happy with him and would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Dinulos is great. He has so much patience and gives you all the time you need to discuss your concerns. I really think he’s a perfectionist with an extremely broad understanding of skincare and skin issues. I’ll be going back!

Seacoast dermatology again is the best! Been there several times and always had an over-the-top experience when it comes to doctors and nurses. They got me in within 3 days for a very important procedure that was preventing me from having major back surgery. No questions asked they got me in ASAP. Dr Dinulos was amazing. No pain at all during the procedure he was very friendly and genuinely was concerned and talked through the whole procedure which made me feel comfortable. His surgical assistant was very kind and knowledgeable and again she made me feel comfortable as well.
