Primary Care at Pease

I have been a patient here for a little over two years. I have to say it was mediocre at best at the beginning but now it is gone from bad to worse. Try to get a prescription refilled. Forget about it; it takes days. Unfortunately there aren’t a lot of primary care doctors or doctors of any kind for that matter taking new patients so I might be stuck I am not a happy camper at all.

I am appalled by the lack of compassion and care by Primary Care at Pease. I suggest avoiding this location if you have health concerns and want your diagnostic results within a timely fashion. A recent visit to this office wasted our time and was extremely frustrating. More than a week later and we still have not been called with our radiograph results. We called the day after the x-rays were done (and the following day) and each time were told "the doctor is reviewing them now". The doctor "ordered up" an ultrasound and we requested this order to be faxed to a local radiology dept. We even provided the fax number. When the local radiology dept had yet to receive the orders, we followed up with this doctors office only to be told the doctor never completed the orders. The lack of professionalism and care ended up with a visit to the emergency room.

I've been going to the Pease WD facility since it opened. It's phenomenal. The whole family goes there now. It's great to have a walk in clinic, primary care doctors, lab services, imaging, and physical therapy all in one connected facility. had two primary doctors and both are top. The staff in the physical therapy department are excellent. Even during covid the staffs keep a smile on and a positive attitude.

I have been a patient there for 4+ years and have gotten good care. They are efficient and effective and respect my time in the process.

Just don't know what to say. My pcp is out on medical and the rest is like the movie, Home Alone,. Just sad.so sad.so many mistakes and incompetent P.A.s.
