I had a wonderful experience at this dermatology office. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I was seen right on time. The dermatologist took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel very comfortable. The treatment plan was thorough and easy to follow. Highly recommend!

I had two appointments with Victoria Bates. She was very friendly and seemed professional. Both times there were students accompanying her for observational purposes. I agreed both times, but really wasn't super comfortable with the situation. Both appointments were lightning fast, literally about five minutes, which initially I just thought was expertise showing through and my condition(s) being common. The second appointment was for a different concern than the first- something that was on my face. She quickly "diagnosed" the problem, which I was a little skeptical hearing, and made a prescription. I used the prescribed medication for a few weeks and the condition was not improving (it actually seemed to be worsening). My wife (not a dermatologist) theorized what the condition possibly was and encouraged me to experiment with applying a medicated ointment that she had. My wife's suggestion helped relieve the situation almost immediately and I believe that her "diagnosis" was more accurate than what I was given at NEDA. I have not and will not return to this business. I will pursue a more knowledgeable and professional practice for future needs. The amount billed to insurance in correlation to the brief time spent in the office and only to receive a wrong diagnosis and incorrect prescription is very frustrating. Good thing it wasn't anything that my life depended on.

Dr Pisano is great! I had a Mohs procedure last week and she explained everything that she was doing and did frequent check-ins to make sure I was ok. I highly recommend her.

Victoria Bates s amazing. She knew exactly what I needed. The second. I walked into the room and took care of everything all in one visit I would highly recommend her to anybody.

I had a Moh's procedure last week that developed an infection over the weekend. I called NEDA immediately Monday morning...Dr. Pasano saw me right away for help. I thank her and everyone at NEDA for such fast and professional response!

I absolutely love Sheri. She is one of the best CNP out there and I'm so grateful for the great care I've gotten for the last 12 years.
