Water's Edge Dermatology - Port St Lucie West

I have been going to Water's Edge for over 20 years as did my father who had skin cancer that was successfully treated there. During most of that time, we saw P.A. Jeff Johnson who is a wonderful, caring person with a pleasant personality as well as being a very skilled practitioner. I have always been pleased with the treatment we've received from him. I have also been seen by APRN Micaela Wolfe who has also been great to me. The staff has always been very kind and courteous and I've never had to wait long to be seen.

I went first thing in the morning. I was a little upset I came early for my appointment and 4 people who came after me were seen before me. But im going to assume they were "on time" and I was "early". But besides that, I was seen only about 5 minutes after my appointment time and then in amd out very quickly. Within 10-15 mins after my appointment time I was out. What I needed was pretty tame, nothing that I wasn't expecting. Good music was playing and the staff was pretty friendly. I would give a 5 star review for my doctor. She was friendly and to the point. Geraldine? I wanna say her name was. Very sweet lady.

My first time here at water's edge dermatology and I seen Dr. Jerry who was absolutely amazing. She was quick to diagnose me and she went over and explained everything to me about the skin condition that I have. She gave me a couple free samples and told me exactly what to order along with prescriptions that she called in for me. She set an appointment for me to come back in 3 weeks. I did not feel rushed at all. The check-in process was fairly easy and the wait time was not bad. Between the wait time and seeing the doctor I was in and out of there within 1 hour. The front desk receptionist was very polite and the office and waiting room we're very clean . I highly recommend water's edge dermatology. My appointment was with the Port St. Lucie West location off of peacock boulevard.

Had a facial by Siw Sleight yesterday that was scheduled at my wife’s insistency and I am so glad that I did it. Siw was wonderful and thorough and made the whole appointment very enjoyable with good feedback and enjoyable conversation. I already booked my next one for the summer! Thanks to my wife and Siw I feel better today than I did yesterday. Thank you Siw, great job!

I went in for MOHS surgery on my leg. Dr Doig performed the procedure. Took 2 biopsies, after 2nd one was told I had clear margins and he would be in to stitch me up. I was told at 1:45 I was their last patient so I could wait in the room. It took 40 min of waiting with no one explaining why the wait since there were no other patients. I was left in an uncomfortable position on the chair/bed. I was able to reach for the remote to lower myself so I could sit up and try to get more comfortable. I would’ve left had I not needed to get stitched up. The assistant hardly spoke. I had to ask questions to both the Dr and assistant or I don’t believe I would’ve been told anything. I feel she should be in a different position that maybe doesn’t deal with the patients. On top of feeling that I was a nuisance for being there, waiting a long time to get stitched up with no explanation for the wait - they called my prescription to the wrong pharmacy that was 20 min away. This was after asking that they had the right pharmacy for me. Just not impressed with this office at all. I prefer a Dr that talks and explains what he is doing as he goes and an assistant that is kind.

LOVE Dr. Jeff Johnson! His warm smile is so comforting and made me feel at ease. His assistants are top notch and super friendly- and all my visits have been punctual and brief. Best of all- my skin is better.

I had an exceptional experience today! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. My doctor and nurse were incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to listen to my concerns, and provided clear, thorough explanations about my treatment options. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in my care. I left feeling reassured and well taken care of. I'll highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-tier dermatological care!
