Water's Edge Dermatology - Port St Lucie Tradition

I would highly recommend Dr. Minni. He came highly recommended and rightfully so. He took his time to listen and there was a genuine interest in getting to know my husband and I. The office staff was professional and very courteous. It’s been my previous experiencing that finding a good dermatologist is not an easy task. Fortunately I have found a true caring professional.

Their posted hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, but since no one is ever helpful over the phone, and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE I BEEN CALLING EVERYDAY FOR A MONTH STRAIGHT I finally decided to just walk in. That's when I found a dimmed office with no lights on and no one was there. I've been calling this office every single day for a month, and no one ever answers. I even had to call their other location, where the staff was genuinely eager to help but couldn't because they aren't the office I originally went to. When I finally did get through to the right location, there was still no sense of urgency or willingness to assist. Extremely frustrating for anyone who needs timely dermatological care communication here seems completely nonexistent. I cannot recommend this practice. save yourself the time and do not Go to the waters edge dermatology location in tradition!!!!!

Yesterday was my first time at Water's Edge in Tradition. I met with Jeff who was very welcoming and easy to talk with. He explained what he was going to do and gave me a thorough exam. The office staff was also very pleasant from the receptionist to the nurse to the lady who checked me out. All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this place.

When I set my appointment, I make sure I describe my issue well, so when I go in, they’re aware of it. They usually take care of me right there. Jeffrey Johnson is a pleasant man. He's has "frozen" a mole for me and has checked a mole for my hubby. Belinda is friendly and has treated me for Melasma (age spots on my face.) 🙌🏼

I was just there this morning for a 11:45 appointment. The ladies at the front desk were very sweet. My issue was the doctor I saw… Dr Jeff Johnson. I have breakouts on my fingers I wanted him to assess and he really didn’t do much but glance at them and tell me about creams while rubbing my thigh. My fiancé was in the room with us and politely asked him to stop. Dr Johnson proceeded to get offended by that and ended up rushing us out and later went to the other doctors in the back and they all laughed about it. I felt uncomfortable asking any further questions even though there was another spot of concern.

Julia was truly professional, detailed analysis. Ruth was accommodating, professional and always with a smile. Great experience. Recommend

I love the fact that Belinda knows EXACTLY what I need to look my very best! It’s never about looking younger, she strives to help me look healthier, which always lifts my spirits. And…. Madison has to be the best assistant she’s had so far… kind, organized, and really effective at what she does and I believe she has a very bright future. Thank you ladies!!❤️
