Not respecting patient's time. My appointment is on 3 pm. It is almost 6pm and I am still waiting for the doctors. The doctors are seeing other patients during this time. Update: I received the filler treatment. I was pushed to purchase more fillers than expected although the doctor told me she would not use all of them ( and will give me a refund if there are any left over, yes). I am unhappy about their bedside manner. I asked for a natural look especially not too much near my nose, but they insisted on an instant lift result on my face, knowing that it will become much worse than before in a few months. They injected 8 fillers for me 🙂 Last time they injected 7 anesthetics on my face, charging $630. I've been to dermatologists, and Dr. Fung and his staff were the best I've ever seen. Very up-to-date office/clinic and super friendly. Dr. Fung spent lots of time talking with me about my skin problems and my options, and I feel I'm receiving the best care possible. Highly highly recommend.
